When did you start working
at Weber Shandwick?

In 2020, I started working at Weber Shandwick within United
Minds — The Collective’s cultural transformation and internal
communications consultancy.

In five words or less, how would you describe
your Weber Shandwick colleagues?

Brave, loyal, fun, cheerful and dedicated.

What’s the best thing you’ve ever seen
happen inside the Weber Shandwick offices?

The other day, we were having a typical day at the office — except that two rival Brazilian teams were competing for a spot in the Libertadores semifinal. We usually have several TVs tuned to the main local news channels, but that day, our CEO made an unusual request to the IT team: “Team, please, we need to watch this match together!” And just like that, our workday blended with cheering for the Brazilian teams in the Libertadores.

What’s the coolest (or weirdest) place a
project has taken you?

The projects we develop at United Minds allow us to see the operations of large companies firsthand. I’ve even had the chance to see beer production up close! It was quite an experience.

What’s something surprising people
might not know about you?

Before working in communications, I always dreamed of being close to the arts. I danced ballet for many years, even taking part in professional productions in São Paulo. I also spent three years studying drama!

If you weren’t working in this industry, what
would you want to do?

Most likely, I would be involved with art in some way — whether through dance, theater, or cultural production.

Who is someone that inspires you right now?

My mom is my greatest inspiration — always has been and always will be. She’s a woman of great determination, honesty, and resilience.

What’s your favorite restaurant in Sao Paulo?

I love trying new things! So my favorite restaurant is always changing… Right now, it’s Fazenda Churrascada — a great spot to get together with friends and enjoy some good barbecue.

What’s your favorite way to unwind in your free time?

I really enjoy exercising. It’s the way I’ve found to take care of both my body and mind.

What is your most-used app on your phone?

TikTok is my most-used app! I love checking out the trends,
recommendations, and funny videos that make me laugh.
