When did you start working
at Weber Shandwick?

I first joined Weber Shandwick in 2014, came back briefly as a freelancer in 2018, and officially returned in 2022. It’s been quite a ride – I feel like Weber Shandwick has grown with me throughout my career.

In five words or less, how would you describe your Weber Shandwick colleagues?

Creative, professional, friendly, welcoming and fun.

What’s the coolest (or weirdest) place a project has taken you?

The coolest place work has taken me was the Shanghai International Circuit for the F1 Chinese Grand Prix. My team and I once helped our client put on a fashion show on the track and even turned the circuit into a running event the next year. It was amazing and unforgettable!

If you weren’t working in this industry, what would you want to do?

With a law degree, I’d probably be a lawyer. Although being an illustrator also sounds tempting!

What’s your favorite thing about Shanghai?

What I love most about Shanghai is its amazing sports vibe and how the city is full of history and stories everywhere you go. Moreover, there’s always something new to discover, from hidden cafés to buzzing nightlife.

What’s your favorite way to unwind in your free time?

I love to relax with sports and a good book. I enjoy staying active with a variety of sports, from running to boxing to golf to hiking. I also really enjoy anime and ACG culture, and love checking out conventions whenever I get the chance.

What is your most-used app on your phone?

I spend most of my time on RED and WeChat. On RED, beyond OOTD fashion, styling, and daily life sharing, you can also find travel guides and discussions on trending news. WeChat has become the main app I use to stay in touch with friends and for work communication.

Where would you love to travel in the world to gain inspiration?

I’d love to visit South Korea to experience its vibrant sports and streetwear culture.

What’s your favorite metaphor or phrase to use at work or in a pitch?

“Score small wins, build the big game.” Our teams use this to explain to clients that while quick results matter, breaking big brand goals into smaller milestones ensures long-term impact and sustainable growth.
