Stephen leads a team of specialists in corporate change and culture and has overseen the growth of United Minds across the EMEA region. He is trusted advisor and counsellor to corporate boards and executive leadership teams, counseling clients across a wide range of sectors on ways to address challenges around business performance and employee experiences. His clients include Mars, KPMG, Nestlé, Novartis, Olympus, Prudential and UEFA.
Prior to joining United Minds, Stephen led consulting teams in both Europe and North America, with a focus on organizational culture, employee behavior and stakeholder engagement during periods of transformation. He frequently speaks at conferences and is one of the agency’s thought leaders. He believes investing in an engaged workforce delivers great outcomes for employers and the customers they serve, and in turn benefits all stakeholders in a business.
