Anthea Hoyle

Anthea leads the United Minds team in North America, where she brings curiosity and commitment to business transformations, including M&As and corporate restructurings, and enhancing corporate culture. She works with global corporations on employee engagement, branding, strategic consulting, culture change and marketing activations. Her clients have included American Express, IBM, Mars, Unilever, UPS, DuPont, GE Capital, BP, Bayer, Unilever and Merck.
Before joining Weber Shandwick, Anthea led the employee engagement practice at Ogilvy and was an account executive at a multinational advertising agency. This work sparked her passion for advising value-driven brands on how to enhance their workplace culture. Anthea is a graduate of Queensland University of Technology in Australia and was awarded a scholarship by the Advertising Federation of Australia.
