With a deep commitment to advancing equity, sustainability, and social progress, she leads The Weber Shandwick Collective’s New York-based Social Impact & Sustainability team.

As a trusted advisor, Lee Ann oversees a vast portfolio of companies, brands and non-profit organizations, guiding them in designing and activating award-winning impact strategies, programs, partnerships and campaigns. Her work is rooted in a vision for a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable future. Under her leadership, her team has delivered high-performing initiatives that resonate with stakeholders, build brand relevance, and drive measurable societal impact.

Throughout her career, Lee Ann has partnered with some of the world’s most prominent companies and organizations, including AB InBev, Danone, Haleon, Humana, Mattel, Mondelez, PepsiCo, The Rockefeller Foundation, Sandy Hook Promise, Unilever, and Verizon. She has designed and launched market-leading programs that are both marketable and meaningful, addressing critical challenges such as gender and racial equity, gun violence prevention, workforce development, sustainability, financial literacy, mental, social and emotional health, diversity and inclusion, youth education, and environmental stewardship.

Lee Ann also founded and served as the Chair of RE:balance, The Weber Shandwick Collective’s first-ever business resource group centering caregivers. She serves as a Final Round Jury for the Effie’s Positive Change Awards category.
