Kate is CEO of United Minds. She founded Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management practice and developed it into one of the agency’s most in-demand specialties, United Minds. Kate partners with senior executives on enterprise organizational change, fosters purpose and values-driven cultures, and works with leaders to build high performing teams and attract and retain top talent.

Kate’s Story

Previously, Kate was Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at Atlantic Philanthropies. She was also a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, where she worked with CEOs and their teams to implement organizational changes, leadership transitions, restructurings, M&As and organizational design. Kate holds degrees from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Denison University.
