Joy’s Story
A three-decade veteran of Weber Shandwick, Joy provides senior counsel to some of the agency’s most ambitious client relationships and has led the agency through some of its most consequential chapters, including steering North America as CEO through and out of the global pandemic. Her career spans multiple senior leadership roles — Chief Brand Officer, Chief Impact Officer, President and CEO of North America — each defined by a consistent through-line: building the teams, tools, and thinking that keep Weber Shandwick at the leading edge.
Today, Joy leads cross-capability teams at the intersection of integrated media, AI-powered innovation, and data-driven strategy and creativity. She brings a practitioner’s instinct and a strategist’s lens to client challenges — and a genuine belief that earned authority is the most durable competitive advantage a brand can build.
