Chrissa’s Story

Previously, Chrissa built the world’s largest Green Bonds program at Fannie Mae, growing it from inception to a $51 billion portfolio; launched the company’s first enterprise ESG strategy; and developed the EPA’s ENERGY STAR® 1–100 score for multifamily housing. She is the author of the Amazon best seller Chief Sustainability Officers At Work and was named a “Global Green Bond Champion” by the Climate Bonds Initiative. Chrissa also received the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership Award for her market-shaping impact.
