Vice President, Influencer
The Vice President, Influencer will lead the development and execution of integrated influencer marketing programs that drive cultural relevance, brand engagement, and measurable business results. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in creator partnerships, digital storytelling, and social innovation.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, insights, and client experience, the VP will design and deliver full-funnel influencer programs—from awareness-driving campaigns to conversion-led affiliate and ambassador initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the evolving creator economy and how influencer partnerships can be integrated into broader marketing ecosystems to deliver meaningful impact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of full-funnel influencer marketing programs spanning awareness, engagement, and conversion, including celebrity partnerships, creator collaborations, and long-term ambassador programs.
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Insights, and Client Experience teams to develop integrated influencer campaigns across social and digital platforms that deliver measurable results.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to identify partnership opportunities and bring innovative influencer programs to life.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within client accounts and supporting new business initiatives and pitches.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends across social platforms, creator tools, and influencer technologies, bringing forward new ideas and innovations that strengthen influencer programs.
- Support the agency’s influencer center of excellence by helping refine processes related to creator identification, partnership management, measurement, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure influencer programs integrate seamlessly with broader marketing, digital, and media strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while helping build a strong and collaborative influencer team.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing, or related fields, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the social and digital landscape, including major social platforms and the creator economy.
- Proven experience developing and executing influencer campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing influencer partnerships, including working with talent agents and creator representatives.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery, analytics, and measurement platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience mentoring or managing team members is preferred.
- Experience integrating influencer marketing into broader digital ecosystems—including paid media, DTC initiatives, or retail activations—is a plus.

Salary range: $113,000 USD – $145,000 USD

Weber Shandwick is looking for a dynamic Creative Director with a mind for helping big brands and corporations navigate the modern world of media (paid, earned, and owned). This candidate is a highly conceptual strategic thinker, guiding award-winning campaigns across both corporate and consumer sectors. You will lead creative development while driving engagement within the earned, digital, and social media landscapes. This role requires a visionary leader who can seamlessly balance the nuances of corporate communication with the energetic creativity of consumer-focused projects. The Creative Director must have excellent presentation and client-facing skills along with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. They are the consummate collaborator and comfortable working within fluid team structures, working both behind the scenes on big ideas, and managing and mentoring the work of assigned junior talent. This candidate will be responsible for developing campaigns for corporate and consumer-focused work, and contributing to new business efforts as well.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate and Execute earned and social first creative activations
- Generate corporate narratives for companies, for both internal and external buyers
- Work directly with C-suite to mine for stories and opportunities
- Liaise with client teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate and concept across integrated teams and platforms
- Foster a culture of creative innovation, excellence, and accountability
- Mentor staff, receive and provide constructive feedback
- Remain current, sharing industry best practices, trends, and techniques
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ experience in Creative Director role within a creative agency
- Experience in big ideas, brand activations, scripts, social content, and creative writing
- Experience in digital (social, content, video, media, influencer)
- Experience delivering creative campaigns for PR (earned, owned and paid strategies)
- A love and respect for true collaboration between teams, from concept to completion
Salary range: $143,000 USD – $190,000 USD

Senior Associate, Client Experience
Weber Shandwick is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Experience to join our team to work on an automotive client. We are seeking a Senior Associate who has a strong interest in social media-related work with an automotive storytelling. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous project and team management experience, loves the ever-evolving world of social, can help manage the clients and teams and is interested in contributing to content that connects communities. Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as a key team member on motorsports business, managing multiple projects at once
- Daily client communications, ongoing client counsel and clear recommendations
- Content calendar planning
- Liaison with advertising partners, race team partners
- Serve as a key participant in client meetings and presentations; help craft and present communications strategies
- Bring to life compelling ideas for clients
- Coach and mentor others on the team to foster excellence, camaraderie and success

- Stay current on new and existing media coverage and how/why stories travel
- Trend spotting across the client category and media landscape
- Assist with ongoing reporting, research and monitoring projects for the client
- Experience managing outside vendors/partners and troubleshooting activations
- Experience managing social content calendars, posting and optimizations
- Experience in motorsports and auto a plus

Creative Asset Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, management, and distribution of creative assets across campaigns. This role will serve as the central point of contact for all external content requests while coordinating closely with agencies, influencer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper rights usage and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized asset library across campaigns.
- Track and document content usage rights, licensing terms, expiration dates, and platform restrictions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming external content requests.
- Coordinate with Business Managers to secure approvals and usage rights.
- Ensure assets are properly tagged, versioned, and stored via client asset platform.
- Review usage requests to confirm alignment with contractual agreements.
- Maintain documentation of talent agreements, release forms, and licensing terms.
- Develop and improve asset management workflows and reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in asset management, content operations, digital rights management, or creative production.
- Experience working with external agencies and influencer or talent teams.
- Strong understanding of licensing and usage rights or the desire to learn and manage rights
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
