He has worked with corporations across a range of industries, including healthcare, automotive, financial services, consumer goods, retail and technology. He advises brands during major business transformations on cultural change and the introduction of new operating models, tools and technologies.
Previously, Kieran was a Principal at the change management firm, Daggerwing Group, and held a leadership position at a global technology and services firm, Kenexa. Through Kenexa’s sale to IBM, helped develop and launch IBM’s Smarter Workforce offering.
