Megan Clyne

Megan has almost 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to drive employee engagement through periods of change. 

She has worked closely with C-suite teams across many industries on organizational transformations including M&A, culture change, leadership transitions, restructures and new business initiatives, helping to successfully implement broad-scale changes by aligning leadership, and engaging and involving employees. ​

Megan’s Story

At United Minds, Megan has led a variety of change-based projects and communications strategies for global organizations across industries including Johnson & Johnson, IBM, ExxonMobil, KPMG, Papa John’s, Newell Brands, FMC/DuPont and Mars. Prior to joining United Minds Megan worked at Macy’s, Vitamin World and Circuit City where she led internal communication and change strategy to support transformations, restructuring, new business strategies and bankruptcy.  ​

Megan holds a Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Middlebury College.​​
