Leading Korean Digital Firm, SocialLink, to Merge its Business into Weber Shandwick 

SEOUL, South Korea, 31 October 2012 – Weber Shandwick, a leading global public relations firm, today announced that Korean digital and social media communications specialist, SocialLink, owned and led by respected and influential digital communications specialist, Juny Lee, has agreed to merge its business into Weber Shandwick Korea. The merger is effective 1 November 2012.

Lee will assume the position of vice president Weber Shandwick Korea and will report to its managing director Tyler Kim. Lee and his staff will continue to provide services directly to all of SocialLink’s existing clients. The move will expand Weber Shandwick’s existing Korean headcount by some 50 percent.
