Bullinger has more than 20 years of experience working for top consulting firms globally and for one of the world’s largest foundations. In addition to her deep expertise in employee communications, Bullinger has advised numerous CEOs and Fortune 500 companies in designing organizational structures and executing strategies to maximize leadership and organizational performance.
Most recently, she was chief of staff to the president and CEO of The Atlantic Philanthropies, where she provided high-level leadership strategies, advised on executive communications and provided expertise in the area of organizational development and change management. She previously worked as a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting and was also one of the founding members of Burson-Marsteller’s change communications practice.

Bullinger earned a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University.
