Dustin Johnson

I lived in the island country of Vanuatu for two years as
part of a service mission. A number of those months
were in areas too remote for running water or
electricity. Completely perspective changing as a
19-year-old.

Guilin, China which has all the limestone hills and
caves. Stunning.

I’ve been lucky enough to go to Tokyo many times in
my career, but I’ve never been to any other part of
Japan. I’d love to visit Kyoto, Osaka, Hokkaido…
it’s a long list!

Canlis. An institution here. It would have multiple
Michelin stars if they were awarded in Seattle. Many
special occasions in my life have been celebrated
there.

I’ve always really enjoyed teaching, so something
connected to instruction or academics.

I appreciate Derek Thompson’s writing and podcasting
right now. His combination of economic, humanitarian
and technological interests is in my sweet spot.

Golf. Gives me a great excuse to be outside, enjoy a nice
walk and appeals to my competitive wiring.
