We’re seeking a seasoned leader to step into a newly-defined role at the Senior Vice President level in North America, working hand-in-hand with our Global I/O Health Lead. If you’re energized by complex client engagements, fluent in emerging technologies, and passionate about agency transformation, keep reading. 

What you’ll do 

  • Serve as AI Health Lead in North America. Lead initial client intake meetings and discovery sessions with a blend of strategic vision and technical understanding. Present AI capabilities clearly and confidently, guiding senior clients and agency leaders through opportunity framing, first-stage ideation and early solution scoping. Field preliminary technical questions about generative AI tools, proprietary platforms and AI service design with fluency and confidence. 
  • Bring structure to our agentic future. Own agentic workflow mapping and intelligent design interviews (IDIs), transforming service aspirations into actionable and repeatable frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing and future workflows, pinpoint automation opportunities, and map “agentic” paths to delivery. Convert insights from IDIs and internal stakeholder engagement into architecture-ready documentation and strategic narratives. 
  • Be the cross-department connector. Act as a strategic integrator between agency leadership, client teams, analytics teams, and our in-house AI and product development squads. Co-develop MVP specs and new service blueprints alongside tech teams—grounded in user insight, AI capability and operational viability. Help pressure-test product hypotheses and co-create narratives for go-to-market internal and external activation. 
  • Stay grounded in health communications. Apply our PR/communications foundation and your experience to inform and evolve the storytelling, delivery models and activation strategies of our health client. Support internal marketing of our offerings and pilots—ensuring they are positioned and understood across the agency ecosystem. Serve as a strategic thought partner in helping clients and teams understand not just “how” AI works, but why it matters and what to do about it.

Must-have chops 

  • 12–15+ years of experience spanning communications/public relations, innovation, or digital transformation—with clear exposure to AI technologies. 
  • Strong grasp of Gen AI platforms, process mapping, and product ideation cycles. 
  • Comfort presenting to senior clients, fielding early-stage technical questions, and guiding discussions toward action. 
  • Proven experience navigating cross-functional environments, especially with technical and product development teams. 
  • Experience working with pharma and healthcare brands. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly in decks, meetings, and whiteboard sessions—making complex tech accessible to all levels. 

Bonus points 

  • Experience launching AI-powered communications or marketing services. 
  • Track record of delivering structured innovation frameworks in a fast-paced agency or consultancy setting. 
  • Experience orchestrating integrated media strategies for health campaigns 
  • Background in analytics, data engineering, or data science

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Driving Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Own revenue generation: You’ll lead efforts to secure new business, from identifying leads to delivering winning pitches that generate significant revenue.
  • Lead KRC’s growth strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand into new industries, markets, and service offerings.
  • Grow existing accounts: Work with current clients to identify new needs and proactively introduce innovative solutions to deepen partnerships and increase revenue.
  • Mentor and inspire: Help coach and develop team members to build their business development skills, fostering a culture of entrepreneurial thinking across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, market research, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in market research or a related field, with significant focus on business development and sales.

Our Analytics internship is a full-time, paid program designed to complement and enhance academic studies through participation in a variety of assignments and professional responsibilities. Interns work side by side with the firm’s diverse team of strategists, analysts, producers, designers, developers and campaign activators.

The intern assigned to our analytics team will work on a range of projects from communications reporting and automation to machine learning, and big data integration. You’ll work on clients of all types, using diverse data sets to solve strategic business and communications problems. Our Analytics interns typically meet the following profile:

  • Data Strategists: business analysts with basic understanding of statistics, digital analytics, and data visualization with a focus on how to use data to tell stories and build business cases

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct, compile, and present analyses to inform the strategic direction of integrated campaigns
  • Carry out social media listening research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers; should have basic comfort with Boolean queries or an interest in learning
  • Use web and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign and content performance and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization
  • Understand client background and needs, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions when invited by account leads or supervisors
  • Sanitize raw data inputs and perform quantitative analysis in Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Availability: 40 hours a week throughout the duration of your internship. Our internship program runs from January-May.

Additional Qualifications: Ideal Analytics intern candidates will possess some combination of the following. Please note: you do not have to have ALL of these qualifications, just some combination of them, in order to be a viable Analytics candidate.

  • Interest in data-based storytelling or data journalism
  • Basic understanding of intersection of traditional and digital media platforms and familiarity with developments in the media industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily in Excel and secondarily in PowerPoint
  • Experience working with or interest in web analytics, social and traditional media monitoring, and social media analytics platforms

  • Master Monitoring & Analytics: Take a leading role in managing our news and social media monitoring dashboard. This includes writing and editing sophisticated boolean queries to ensure data accuracy and relevance, and diving deep into the results to uncover critical insights and trends for our health clients. 
  • Drive GEO/SEO Product Strategy: Be the engine for our GEO/SEO product, responsible for reading and interpreting Large Language Model (LLM) outputs. Your primary focus will be on creating actionable and innovative strategies based on these insights to enhance our clients’ digital presence. 
  • Master Data Visualization: Transform complex data sets and analytical outputs into clear, compelling, and insightful data visualizations. Using our business intelligence tool, Domo, you will be critical in helping internal teams and clients understand the story behind the data. 
  • Develop Intelligent Agents: Bring structure to our agentic future from the back end. You will take the lead in designing and creating the intelligent agents that automate and optimize our workflows. 
  • Be the Technical Integrator: Act as a key connector between our analytics teams, product development squads, and client-facing teams. You will ensure that the technical capabilities of our AI tools are effectively translated into strategic value for our health clients.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating insightful data visualizations using business intelligence tools. Direct experience with Domo is a major plus, but proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is also highly valued. 
  • Strong grasp of Gen AI platforms and experience reading and interpreting LLM outputs to inform strategy. 
  • Experience designing or building AI agents, chatbots, or other automated workflow solutions. 
  • Experience working with or for pharma and healthcare brands. 

Bonus points 

  • Direct experience with GEO/SEO products and a deep understanding of search algorithms.
