The SVP of Strategic Planning will be the point person for “Corpsumer” work within TWSC Central market. COrpsumer reflecting the need to lead client and team partnership on relationships that need both corporate and consumer best-in-class work of a connected strategic vision and plan. This person will work to architect powerful business driving communications strategies in partnership with region and NA leadership. The ideal candidate is an experienced insightful thinker who immerses themselves in a category, loves to understand what drives consumers to act and is relentless about finding unexpected insights to drive communications forward. In this role, you will be involved in all elements of brand strategy including creating and analyzing data and market trends, shaping market research, and developing impactful insights and strategies that solve brand challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Leads businesses with powerful strategic positioning that stretches to both consumer and corporate stakeholders
- Guides client and internal integration teams to efficiently solve problems and collaborate together effectively
- Someone who has led powerful earned strategies with internal and client facing stakeholders. Ideas that are earned at the core but built to improve brand strategies.
- Acquires professional, mature presence in the team and client relationship, and shows strong presentation skills.
- Proactively identifies potential challenges with the research plan, creative brief, making recommendations for improvement prior to completion.
- Initiates and helps to execute strategic process, from research plan to creative brief, for approval from more senior leads. Co-leads client projects/ assignments.
- Mine data, research, and intelligence reports for insights and implications.
- Develop an immersive understanding of a product or brand’s market dynamics, customer mindset, competitive actions and industry trends.
- Derive and articulate insights that will drive behavior change.
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff, internal partners, and clients including counseling junior staff.
Experience Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Corporate and Consumer strategies and best-in-class idea integration.
- Understanding of cultural brand strategy with familiarity of work within PR, digital and social media.
- Expertise in the marketing and communications industry.
- High level of comfort with research techniques and resources and insight generation.
- Demonstrated experience with analytics and analyzing data (not necessarily just pulling data but also manipulating it)
- Clear and compelling presentation skills.
- Agility in working style – demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines and to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the capability to construct and support arguments.
Chicago Salary Range: $162,000.00 – $200,000.00

We are recruiting an Analytics Manager who is experienced and passionate about using analytics to help our clients solve their biggest reputational and business challenges via effective communications campaigns. This person will operationalize client briefs into smart measurement research and translate findings into actionable insights that inform client’s communication strategies. This person is expected to work across brand, health, and corporate clients, including tech and public affairs. Day to day responsibilities include managing and leading delivery of audience insights, earned and social listening, and other research. These projects will leverage AI-powered tools to sustainably scale new insight discovery, and ensuring production and delivery of high cadence (daily and weekly) client deliverables that integrate insights from various data streams. This person must have the ability to do quick analyses to respond to new business and client crises. Other responsibilities include the formalization of insights deliverables into slideware, conducting data integrity checks of varied data streams and deliverables, consolidating AI research best practices, and translation of data findings into accessible insights for different partners.
Responsibilities:
- Translate data into client-actionable insights about audiences, channels and culture
- Develop and apply strategic measurement frameworks to uncover insights and takeaways from data across earned, social, owned, and other media sources.
- Partner with teams to service client research and analytics requests, design the approach, lead a team through earned and social media analyses, analyze data to inform strategic planning, and answer questions from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise and experience translating data and research into strategic insights and recommendations
- 5+ years relevant full-time experience as an independent contributor and 2+ years managing direct report(s)
- Experience engaging and collaborating with clients and internal teams with agency or matrixed analytics team
- Experience in social listening, marketing analytics, digital analytics, multi-channel analyses, AI-powered analytics, campaign performance, measurement of real-world impact, audience intelligence, and influencer measurement highly preferred
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from first-party and third-party sources
- Ability to work independently and be a collaborative team player who brings unique analytics skills to large client teams
- Desire and capacity to take full ownership of work tracks, manage complicated deadlines and deliverable processes, nurture client relationships, collaborate with strategy and creative teams, and mentor junior analytics staff
NYC Salary range: $90,000 – $105,000

Weber Shandwick is looking for a Manager, Influencer Strategy to join our team in Central across one of our key locations (Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Dallas). We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of the influencer landscape but also have unique experience developing and executing both integrated and influencer-led campaigns. The following is a general outline of primary responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Own responsibilities for day-to-day executional of multiple client programs, budgets, plans
- Support & elevate to daily client contact, serving as a trusted resource and advisor
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, integrated media specialists, influencer), ensuring flow and alignment on deliverables
- Translate tactical assignments into clear action steps for support teams, tracking progress against agreed strategy
- Draft messaging and support influencer strategy development, contributing ideas and research

Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Leverage agency tools and processes for influencer identification, contracts, and measurement, ensuring consistency in use
- Demonstrated passion for influencer marketing both personally and professionally, balanced interest in both consumer and brands (bonus if you like cards)
- Contribute to influencer strategies with research, benchmarking, and tactical recommendations
- Research, vet, contract and manage relationships with influencer talent
- Draft and compile influencer briefing materials for internal and client review
- Oversee influencer briefings and content creation, monitor influencer content performance, track against KPIs and prepare detailed recaps
- Take responsibility to execute influencer strategies to completion, including day-to-day deliverables under senior team guidance
