We Are Seeking:
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and culturally fluent, Vice President to join our Consumer team, working across global lifestyle and CPG brands. As Vice President, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day business and spearheading high-profile, award-worthy, earned-driven integrated campaigns for some of our top client brands. This is a high-visibility leadership role in a fast-paced, integrated environment with cross-functional collaboration across channels and partners. You’ll work closely with clients, and integrated agency teams to deliver social-first, earned-led programs that drive engagement and buzz, while guiding a team of rising talent.
What the Role Entails:
- Lead multi-channel campaigns with an emphasis on earned media, cultural storytelling, and social/digital engagement
- Collaborate within IATs, working alongside creative, paid media, influencer, and experiential partners
- Oversee campaign launches from start to finish inclusive of planning, event/activation production, management of talent partner(s), and development of media materials and social briefs
- Ability to turn ideas into workable plans and presentations via decks
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, offering strategic POVs and counsel
- Ensure programs are rooted in insights and measured against KPIs
- Manage diverse internal teams and SMEs with clarity and organization
- Lead by providing mentorship, fostering growth and innovation
Who You Are:
- Must have a strong passion for current pop culture, and a sharp awareness of how food and beverage brands can show up within it
- Proven experience executing successful campaigns that generated earned media, drove social engagement, and made a cultural impact
- An expert in navigating Integrated Agency Teams, juggling multiple workstreams, and managing multiple clients
- A strategic thinker with strong instincts for what drives earned media and social buzz
- Strong ability to remain nimble and counsel clients through conflict
- Aptitude for financial analysis
- Confidence working with senior clients and leading large teams
- A natural leader with strong presentation skills who pays attention to detail
- Sharp writing skills and a creative mindset
- Commitment and dedication to the agency’s success as well as individual career
Salary range: $119,000 USD – $155,000 USD

Weber Shandwick has an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Client Experience to join our team. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for beauty and fashion to support a fast-paced, high-profile account.
Job description:
We are seeking a candidate who is consistently one step ahead – always anticipating client and team needs, maintaining real-time coverage trackers, and ensuring meeting materials are prepared for internal and client calls. This role requires initiative and strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be deeply immersed in the beauty industry and should have a strong understanding of how brands are activating across channels and is eager to proactively share insights and learnings that add value to our clients.
This is a dynamic, always-on account, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every task.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor media across print, digital, and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity
- Prepare agendas and status sheets for all internal and client meetings including detailed call recaps
- Assist in compiling weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Support development of program and campaign recaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with stylists and stylist agencies
- Assist with product send-outs, sample coordination, and mailer development
- Support media outreach efforts during key tentpole moments
- Begin to build and establish media relationships by attending editor meetings, launch events and other external industry related events
- Oversee and manage product inventory inclusive of product orders and maintain organization of the product closet
- Support event and activation planning, execution and onsite staffing
- Assist with vendor invoice processing and quickly learn and navigate internal financial processes
- Identify emerging social and industry trends and proactively share relevant recommendations
- Proactively offer insights and learnings based on media landscape, industry activity and competitor analysis

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years related professional experience
- Beauty experience a plus
- Must be based in New York and available to work in-office three days a week
Salary range: $55,000 USD – $60,000 USD

Senior Associate, Client Experience
Weber Shandwick is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Experience to join our team to work on an automotive client. We are seeking a Senior Associate who has a strong interest in social media-related work with an automotive storytelling. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous project and team management experience, loves the ever-evolving world of social, can help manage the clients and teams and is interested in contributing to content that connects communities. Familiarity with current social platform capabilities, best practices and trends are a must. Our team is curious, creative and constantly seeking opportunities to leverage cultural engagement. Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as a key team member on motorsports business, managing multiple projects at once
- Daily client communications, ongoing client counsel and clear recommendations
- Content calendar planning
- Liaison with advertising partners, race team partners
- Serve as a key participant in client meetings and presentations; help craft and present communications strategies
- Bring to life compelling ideas for clients
- Coach and mentor others on the team to foster excellence, camaraderie and success
- Support and assist team members with client-related projects
- Stay current on new and existing media coverage and how/why stories travel
- Trend spotting across the client category and media landscape
- Assist with ongoing reporting, research and monitoring projects for the client
- Experience managing outside vendors/partners and troubleshooting activations
- Experience managing social content calendars, posting and optimizations
- Experience in motorsports and auto a plus

Salary range: $58,700 USD – $65,000 USD

Senior Manager, Client Experience
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join a large, multidiscipline automative account with a focus on multiple brands within its portfolio.
In this role, you will be working on programs involving brand building, reputation management, executive thought leadership, B2B planning and execution, and integrated media strategies to drive brand awareness and reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess experience and skills across many of the above areas and will be responsible for supporting one core account team and collaborating subject matters across the agency (strategy, creative, social, etc.) as we build and execute integrated ideas.
The Senior Manager will help lead work from concept to execution, be a primary client contact and mentor junior talent. The ideal candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, be able to creatively support brand, reputation and positioning programs that resonate in today’s environment and possess a passion for earned storytelling.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Contribute to development of plans, translating strategies into tactics
- Consistently monitor the consumer and business media landscape to deeply understand what will resonate
- Create media strategies and oversee pitching of well-developed stories to key national, trade and other media of importance to meet client goals
- Develop executive positioning programs and tactical outputs including media, speaking, and social opportunities
- Build strong client and internal relationships, confidence and trust by proactively anticipating and understand client needs
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to proactively support and recommend new ideas
- Contribute to the career growth of junior team members, serving as mentor and role model
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Ability to translate client needs into workable plans/projects
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and project management skills
- Experience providing thought leadership counsel and executional plans
Salary range: $79,000 USD – $95,000 USD
