Vehicle Logistics Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Vehicle Logistics Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of vehicles to creators, influencers, and production partners. This role serves as the central point of contact between internal teams, external agencies, transportation vendors, and end recipients to ensure vehicles are delivered seamlessly
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end vehicle logistics, including scheduling, transportation, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies and fleet partners.
- Manage vehicle allocation and availability to meet campaign timelines and partner needs. Must understand the difference between vehicle nameplates and trims.
- Oversee required documentation including insurance, loan agreements, and condition reports.
- Troubleshoot and proactively resolve delivery delays or logistical challenges.
- Track vehicle status and maintain accurate reporting on shipments, returns, and inventory.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and agency relationships to ensure smooth collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, automotive operations, production coordination, or related field.
- Experience working with external agencies or third-party vendors.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with a variety of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deliveries.
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
- Proficient in spreadsheet management.
Salary range: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD

Business Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Manager to partner with the Account, Creative, Influencer and Production teams to help develop projects with support in contracts, scopes, estimates, bids, and vendor management. Business Managers will assist in scoping with influencers and production partners in the service of payouts, insurance and contract management. Experience with SAG and AICP is preferred but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft scopes of work and assess potential costs not included in production vendor agreements.
- Work closely with producers and client procurement team to negotiate costs, logistics and payment terms for content production and influencer projects
- Review and understand AICP bids.
- Develop production contracts and agreements. Review short form contract agreements when applicable.
- Assess and route applicable content with legal such as long form contracts, talent agreements and video reviews.
- Set up all production and talent projects through client wrap insurance policy.
- Process and approve purchase orders, invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
- Actively manage client budgets and track overall costs in and out of each project.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a business management, or production/office production role. Diversified experience is also welcomed.
- Videos and digital production and/or event experience is a plus.
- Ability to assess risks relating to processes and production.
- Outstanding organization skills and resourcefulness.
- Willingness to learn and stay teachable.
- Requires strong business and financial acumen.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other agency applications.
Salary range: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD

As the Project Manager for General Motors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of foundational projects across our integrated social and influencer teams. You will help shape and manage the overall team process, workflow and project planning. You will provide operational support across the team, including scheduling meetings, internal check-ins, drafting and posting meeting notes, developing lists of action items, communicating assignments, deadlines and needs to ensure projects follow the proposed schedules. You will make sure everything is running like clockwork and that our creatives, account team, strategists and cross-functional partners are informed and supported. This role requires a highly organized self-starter who has a thorough understanding of both paid and earned influencers, creative development, and a proven track record for managing multiple projects in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage team process and workflow, ensuring projects are properly kicked off, resourced, and tracking from strategy development through production.
- Act as a direct liaison between creative, strategy, account management and other internal teams to ensure all parties are aware of project requirements, resources, and deadlines.
- Develop timeline to monitor and oversee progress of creative output.
- Oversee completion of assignments and projects, including but not limited to routing, content planning, and production.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills when dealing with creative feedback and project constraints, escalate as necessary.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines. Identify and communicate any potential issues and identify solutions.
- Manage project deliverables across medium size campaigns and help coordinate various functions including creative, strategy, insights, paid media, and analytics.
- Professionally and proactively manage engagements with account team partners, focusing on balancing quality, cost and schedule, while exceeding client expectations
- Set expectations at the beginning of a project: as any issues arise, find solutions without compromising quality, team morale, or budget.
- Owns and manages project brief with extended team, inclusive of scope of deliverables, hours, timeline, and project requirements/processes.
- Demonstrate strong, professional work ethic and financial acumen.
- Ability to escalate and provide resolve conflict opportunities with management.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing the making of or delivery of influencer marketing content in a creative agency or an in-house social media team.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward, keeping in mind the quality of the work and giving it room to develop.
- Understanding of automotive, social, digital and video asset creation and approval cycles.
- Experience forming strong team relationships.
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsible when quick turnaround is required.
- Experience using collaborative team communication and project management tools like SharePoint, Teams and Smartsheet.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of people and teams.
Salary: $70,000 USD – $85,000 USD
