Ben’s focus is on advising clients to connect a business strategy to its workforce in order to align, inspire and drive business performance. For more than 25 years he has helped to shape corporate cultures through innovation, organizational design, branding, and integrating new technologies including AI platforms.
Ben has also worked as strategic planner where he supported clients to define their corporate narrative and introduce new products to market. Prior to that, he was a strategic consultant with the Monitor Group, where he supported pharmaceutical and consumer goods companies with product launches and portfolio reviews. His clients include Nestlé, Heineken, Anheuser-Busch, American Airlines, Boeing, Royal Caribbean, Yale, Prudential, Humana, Novartis, Merck and Honeywell. Ben has earned degrees from Yale and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
