Based in Stockholm, Prime is Sweden’s largest PR agency and joins the Weber Shandwick global network along with its business intelligence unit United Minds.
The Wall Street Journal highlighted Prime’s strong local business and high-quality, creative talent in making this a “compelling” deal, according to Weber Shandwick’s CEO Andy Polansky.
