Weber Shandwick and Clients Earn Top Honors at PRSA Silver Anvil Awards
The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) honored Weber Shandwick and its clients at the 2015 PRSA Silver Anvil Awards in New York, awarding the firm with four Silver Anvil Awards for its successful client campaigns, which tied for the most wins of the night, as well as four Awards of Excellence.
The PRSA Silver Anvil Awards recognize the very best in the public relations industry, honoring agencies and organizations that have “successfully addressed a contemporary public relations issue with exemplary profession, skill, creativity and resourcefulness.”

Weber Shandwick and Ricoh won the Silver Anvil in the “Marketing Business To Business” category for the WorkIntelligent.ly campaign. For the campaign to Make Opening Day a Holiday, Weber Shandwick and Anheuser-Busch won the award for “Marketing Consumer Products Beverages,” in addition to earning an Award of Excellence. The American Academy of Periodontology and Weber Shandwick were honored for the Love the Gums You’re With campaign in the “Public Service Associations” category, and Weber Shandwick and The Florida Hospital Association earned the “Reputation/Brand Management Associations” award for the campaign to set a national example of quality healthcare.
Weber Shandwick also received additional Awards of Excellence, including recognition for work with the UN Foundation’s #GivingTuesday campaign, and The Monster Free Mouths campaign with The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
In addition to being honored at the Silver Anvil Awards ceremony, winning campaigns are also added to the PRSA’s online case study archives. The work featured in these archives is made available to public relations practitioners as a way to promote great work and share best practices.
