Managing Legal and Reputation Risk: A View from the Field
Weber Shandwick released Managing Legal and Reputation Risk, a qualitative study that explored the issues companies face when a crisis hits and what they can do to better protect and manage their reputations. It is based on interviews with corporate general counsels, chief communications offices and senior lawyers at outside law firms – three groups that often work together to manage a company crisis.
In addition to providing valuable insights into how lawyers and communicators interact during a crisis and handle the challenges that inevitably arise, the respondents shared their broad perspective about how companies can improve their response to potentially damaging issues.
