Im Zuge der Expansion von United Minds nach Deutschland suchen wir eine:n Senior Vice President für den Bereich Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management Kommunikation, der/die neue Kund:innen und Projekte generiert, Kundenprojekte leitet und als Thought Leader unsere Zusammenarbeit in EMEA aktiv mitgestaltet.

DEINE AUFGABEN – DU… 

  • Bist verantwortlich für den erfolgreichen Launch, das Wachstum und den Erfolg von United Minds in Deutschland. 
  • Leitest neue Geschäftsanfragen und -angebote, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Strategien, Taktiken, Ressourcen- und Zeitplänen sowie Budgets. 
  • Führst Kundenprojekte und berätst Kund:innen auf C-Level in verschiedenen Bereichen der Organisationsentwicklung, einschließlich Culture, Change und Leadership Effectiveness. 
  • Bist verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung, Bindung und Entwicklung von Talenten, wenn der Umsatz und das Team wachsen. 
  • Arbeitest eng mit multidisziplinären Teams des Weber Shandwick Collectives und IPG zusammen, um komplexe Kundenherausforderungen zu lösen und qualitativ hochwertige Beratung zu gewährleisten. 
  • Übernimmst das Coaching und Management juniorigerer Teammitglieder, um den Erfolg für Kund:innen, Team und United Minds sicherzustellen.  
  • Gehst proaktiv auf die Bedürfnisse sowie etwaige Herausforderungen und Bedenken unserer Kund:innen ein, um enge Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und außergewöhnliche Kundenerlebnisse zu erschaffen. 
  • Trägst sowohl intern als auch extern maßgeblich zum Aufbau von Reputation und Vertrauen für die Marke United Minds bei. 
  • Agierst als Führungskraft innerhalb der globalen United Minds-Community und gestaltest aktiv unsere Tätigkeitsbereiche, unser Kundenangebot sowie das Wachstum unseres Teams mit. 

 

 

DEIN PROFIL – DU… 

  • Bist eine inspirierende und motivierende Führungskraft mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz im Geschäftswachstum und im Aufbau effektiver Teams. 
  • Besitzt mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf Culture, Change und Leadership Effectiveness in großen, komplexen und multinationalen Organisationen. 
  • Verfügst über starke Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, einschließlich Projektplanung, Problemlösung, Strategieentwicklung, Moderation und Interventionsplanung.  
  • Hast Erfahrung in der Leitung multidisziplinärer Teams, um außergewöhnliche Arbeit termingerecht und im Budgetrahmen abzuliefern.  
  • Besitzt die Fähigkeit, enge Beziehungen zu C-Level-Kund:innen und Führungsteams aufzubauen. 
  • Hast eine Wachstumsmentalität mit unternehmerischem Denken und ausgewogenem Ehrgeiz. 
  • Bist erfahren darin, andere innerhalb eines Netzwerkes zu integrieren und zu beeinflussen sowie neue Chancen aus einem breiteren Kundenportfolio zu erschließen. 
  • Verkörperst das Mindset von United Minds in Denken und Handeln – kooperativ, zielstrebig und unternehmerisch. 
  • Sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. 
  • Besitzt idealerweise einen Master-Abschluss im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung und/oder eine Zertifizierung in Change Management oder einem ähnlichen Bereich (z.B. von Prosci).

  • Accountable, for the successful launch, growth, and operation of United Minds in Germany

  • Be accountable for talent recruitment, retention and development as the revenue and team grows 
  • Coach and manage less experienced colleagues on your project-based teams to ensure client success, team success and commercial success of the projects you lead 
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across The Weber Shandwick Collective and IPG who are solving complex client challenges, providing high quality counsel as part of these teams 
  • Deliver exceptional client experience, take responsibility for building senior client relationships, and proactively address issues and concerns that might affect these relationships 
  • In partnership with United Minds leadership and as a senior member of the team, help build credibility and awareness for the United Minds brand internally and externally

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • An inspirational and galvanizing leader with a proven track record of growing business and building effective teams 
  • Fifteen or more years of experience working in organisational transformation, with a focus on culture, change, and leadership effectiveness, in large, complex, multinational organisations 
  • Strong consultative skills including project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, facilitation, intervention planning and excellent written and verbal communications 
  • Experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work on time and budget 
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with entrepreneurial thinking and balanced ambition, with a proven track record of winning business, often in collaboration with others 
  • Has the ability to build relationships with C-suite clients and leadership teams
