Job Description
Resolute is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our agency team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies across various platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on real campaigns and gain valuable insights into the world of digital advertising.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across social, programmatic, and publisher platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Assist in budget management and tracking ad spend efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid media technologies.
- Support reporting and presentations on campaign performance and key findings.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, especially social media advertising.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.

NYC Salary range: $20.00 – $20.00

Senior Manager, Paid Media Planning & Buying

Role and Responsibilities
The Paid Media Sr. Manager would be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day integrated media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.
S/he would collaborate with the media team (additionally, SEM, SEO, Analytics, etc.) in a results-oriented environment, while maintaining and growing successful client relationships. Must be expert at analyzing data, thinking creatively and coming up with innovative media strategies to deliver to clients.
External Relationship Management:
- Maintains and grows successful client relationships
- Acts as a point of contact for designated clients and is responsive to all client requests and inquiries
- Participates in client meetings and presentations
- Works closely with publishers/vendors to develop productive working relationships that drive results for clients
- Meets with new publishers/vendors to learn about relevant offerings, new technologies and trends
Media Planning/Buying:
- Reviews media brief and sets planning process in motion
- Creates Request for Proposal (RFP) and develops consideration list of appropriate media channels and media partners grounded in data (e.g. MRI Simmons, Comscore, etc.)
- Reviews RFPs and filters/compiles most compelling proposals aligning with campaign goals and objectives.
- Negotiates rates and added value with selected partners
- Develops presentation materials for client review and adapts/finalizes based on feedback
- Creates and ensures accuracy of and adherence to all campaign documentation including insertion orders, trafficking sheets, and terms and conditions
- Works with Creative team on ad development to ensure creative is delivered to spec and supports media strategy
- Works with Analytics team/Ad Ops for any tagging/reporting requirements
- Draws critical analysis from data and makes specific recommendations to optimize and improve campaign performance
- Manages campaign execution from start to finish
- Supports the needs of Paid Media Director
Qualifications
- Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and project management ability
- Able to manages multiple market/high-volume budgets and deliverables
- Experience in managing complex campaigns; strong analytical skills and understanding of media KPI’s
- Experience planning and buying multi-channel campaigns, inclusive of Offline (TV, Radio, Print, and OOH) and Digital Media
- Experience working with Google Campaign Manager or other relevant 3rd Party Ad Servers
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus
- 6-9 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required

Job Description

You would collaborate with clients and internal agency stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, while maintaining and growing successful client relationships. - Supports the needs of their direct manager and the Media Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ Years of Experience planning and buying cross-channel campaigns
- Excellent client and team leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and project management ability
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of paid media KPI’s
- Experience buying cross-channel media including Digital, Print, TV, Radio, OOH
- Experience working with any of the following social media platform ad interfaces: Meta Ads Manager, X(Twitter) Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest for Business, Snapchat Advertising, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Experience working with Google Campaign Manager or other relevant 3rd Party Ad Servers
- Knowledge of paid media landscape and the ever-changing ad products available
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus
