We are looking for a Client Financial Analyst who will approach work with a sense of possibility and see challenges as opportunities for creative problem solving; take initiative to explore issues and find innovative solutions. This person will report to Director, Client Finance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support to client service teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis
- Responsible for maintaining various financial trackers (revenue, billing, burn reports, etc)
- Manage inter-company budgets with guidance from VP/FD for timeliness and accuracy between participating offices
- Partner closely inter-departmentally to ensure proper and accurate recording and reporting of financial and accounting transactions
- Proactively document, follow up on, and close out in a timely fashion any revenue, budgeting, billing, invoicing, or payment issues that pertain to Client(s)
- Assist in the creation and preparation of annual budget & quarterly forecast
- Monitor jobs, estimates and rate cards to ensure accuracy
- Monitor project activity to ensure job codes are opened/maintained/closed accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the SOW in coordination with client service team and biller
- Partner with client service teams to ensure monthly financial schedule is followed, including but not limited to WIP management, billing, % effort complete
- Partner closely with Shared Services/Omaha to drive efficiency and effectiveness on billing process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Act as Liaison between the client service teams and various departments on financial matters
- Serve as reliable and forward-thinking business analytics resource on dedicated accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of experience
- SAP and Hyperion background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with very strong excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with finance and non-financial people, alike
- Ability to effectively manage workload, prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and, take “ownership-mentality” in work/clients
- Able to anticipate problems, analyze situations and proactively come up with solutions
- Agency experience preferred

Salary Range: $62,000 – $75,000

Senior Vice President, Paid Media
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Vice President – Paid Media is a senior management position accountable for all aspects of assigned clients’ paid media programs. The SVP is responsible for managing an integrated paid media team and developing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical cross-channel media plans for clients.
Media Strategy & Planning
- Successfully build, grow and “own” client relationships – understand their business and their needs and help them achieve their objectives, building a strong relationship and ultimately growing the business
- Lead strategic and tactical planning activities – accountable for developing, implementing and maintaining media plans that deliver against client objectives/strategies
- Evaluate recommendations and presentations before they are sent to the client, and maintain quality control on daily workflow and media team processes
- Manage and be accountable for client budgets and timelines, oversee reports and client billing
- Assist in the negotiation of media contracts and programs/opportunities to ensure maximum leverage is applied
- Proactively investigate media opportunities and craft well-supported, articulate POVs to present to client

- Work closely with team to set brand strategies and develop media plans
- Accurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of direct reports
- Assist in training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating existing team members, as well as interviewing and hiring new team members

Qualifications
- 15+ years of integrated media experience with strong client and team leadership qualities
- Experience planning and buying across online and offline media channels
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI’s and attribution
- Experience working with media management tools (e.g. Mediaocean)

We’re looking for a talented Senior Art Director to join our team in our Chicago office.
This Senior Art Director will spend most of their time working toward a variety of creative objectives supporting multiple brands across a single, large-scale account.
Whether driving a big project (a multi-channel campaign) or handling a small task (a social post), we need a nimble art director who consistently delivers exciting, cutting-edge, brand-focused visuals for various digital and print projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept ideas anchored in the trends, stories, and consumer passions that are being shared in media and across social feeds
- Help drive overall creative direction for key client projects
- Work with copywriters, producers and other team members to flesh out the creative development of ideas and tactical executions
- Create production-ready designs and layouts, establish the look/tone/feel for campaigns and executions, and convey ideas through well-designed presentations
- In all social media-specific concepts, understand various execution formats and incorporate creative/design/layout best practices for various social media networks including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Translate video story ideas into visual sequences through storyboards, mood boards, etc.
- Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines
- Work across a fully integrated team with client experience, project management, strategy, analytics, integrated media, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of art direction and/or design experience in a related agency department or industry (advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content or public relations).
- Must have a portfolio (share anything that conveys the way you think or approach assignments, even if it was never produced; we like rough sketches).
- Be curious, self-motivated, hard-working, well-organized, thick skinned and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.
- Ongoing drive to learn and incorporate new and emerging techniques, trends and philosophies in design, technology, interaction and social media.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as presentation software (PowerPoint); any After Effects animation skills will be utilized.
- Bonus skills: illustration, photography, retouching, filmmaking, videography, editorial, animation, HTML.
- Experience managing junior creatives and working closely with copywriters and designers.
