You are a motivated PR professional with at least 2 solid years of PR agency experience with tertiary qualifications (PR or Communications related).

Key responsibilities:
- Support account leads in managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis, and implement local and regional communication programmes together with team members
- Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and macro news, and prepare coverage reports
- Provide media relations support – conducting research, building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, and managing media relationships and opportunities
- Demonstrate ability to develop strategies/creative platforms that simultaneously leverage traditional and new media for clients
- Prepare timely team and client updates on all stages of project processes; prepare accurate and thorough conference call or client meeting recaps
- Assist and contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and programme recommendations for clients, developing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations
- Identify opportunities for agency/team learning and develop tools/suggestions to expand agency knowledge and understanding of digital communications
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
- Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership on executional issues specific to assigned programs
Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably at a PR agency or in-house communications team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dedication to details and sense of responsibilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- International outlook or experience favorably considered

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that drive earned media coverage, shape policy narratives, and build executive visibility. Key Responsibilities
- Support media relations and policy communications programs for major local and global clients.
- Develop and pitch compelling story angles to Brussels and EU policy media, influencers, and content creators.
- Monitor news cycles, policy developments, and cultural trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
- Draft and edit media materials, messaging frameworks, and integrated communications plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and third-party stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, digital, analytics) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support issues and crisis communications, including strategic messaging and media monitoring.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development and agency growth.
- Participate in new business efforts and proposal development.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or media relations, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proven success in media relations, story development, and pitching, especially within the Brussels/EU media landscape.
- Strong understanding of policy communications, particularly in sectors like technology, telecoms, sustainability, or healthcare.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Digitally savvy, with a strategic approach to using traditional, digital, and social media.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

We are seeking a skilled Manager, with min 5 years experience in tech communications to join our dynamic team in Seoul. Responsibilities:

- 5-8 years of experience in PR account management, preferably in corporate communications
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of media relations and experience pitching to journalists
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills that bring your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external audiences
- Flawless attention to detail with a proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from brief to delivery and measurement
- Enthusiasm for strategic planning, creative ideation, new business development and long-term client partnerships
- Understand the elements that make a story exciting, what brands are doing in the press and on social platforms, and what they should do next
- A team player who can collaborate with a range of people to devise the best approach to the work in hand and bring your team along with you throughout the journey
- Fluency in English and Korean is essential
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and PR software tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted resource and advisor
- Lead the development of strategies as well as cross-community implementation activities for PR and communication programs for client brands and projects

- Own responsibilities for executional leadership of multiple client programs, budgets, timeline and plans
- Manage ongoing team resources to ensure successful delivery of client work
- Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership for executional issues specific to assigned programs
- Manage the development of new business proposals and presentations
- Build and own productive relationships with multiple client stakeholders, interagency teams, clients’ business partner organizations and a diverse array of agency colleagues

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sustainability communications, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting
- Knowledge of the communications and sustainability industry
- Seasoned strategic media relations experience and contacts
- Excellent writer and communicator
- Strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to solve business problems through innovative communications solutions
- Experience in managing integrated communications campaigns and interest in pushing the boundaries in the art of communications
- Proven project management experience, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality work that meet client objectives
