Influencer marketing has evolved beyond sponsored posts and brand mentions and is now a strategic lever for full funnel brand activations, performance, and cultural relevance. In this role, you will lead our agency’s influencer analytics function, reporting directly into our SVP of Analytics who will guide your progression. You will turn complex data into powerful narratives that shape influencer strategies and demonstrate true impact to clients.

You will be responsible for architecting how we measure influencer effectiveness at scale, guiding both real-time optimization and long-term program strategy. Your work will not only fuel client success but also set standards across the agency for how we define, track, and benchmark influencer performance. You will lead a cross-office analytics taskforce, formalize internal tools and frameworks, and drive consistent measurement across a wide range of verticals and platforms.

Successful members of our team have a passion for emerging tech and influencers, are culture mavens, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have the courage to speak truth to power, and can transcend their own biases to make objective judgments.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, has strong command of social and influencer data, and brings a future-focused mindset to how creators are evaluated. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and storytelling.

You must be an excellent communicator, strategic client counselor and prepared to “roll up your sleeves” and stay close to the work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a standardized toolkit for influencer measurement, including scorecards, dashboards, and data collection protocols.
  • Design and own measurement frameworks that capture full-funnel impact of influencer campaigns — from reach and engagement to sentiment, brand lift, and conversion.
  • Create and deliver pre-campaign baselines, post-campaign, quarterly, and year-end reports that provide performance insights, business implications, and clear storytelling and actionable ideas for executive audiences.
  • Lead the agency’s Influencer Marketing Analytics Taskforce, driving alignment across North America on methodologies, tools, and reporting approaches.
  • Contribute to the development of advanced models and methodologies, such as ROI forecasting, attribution frameworks, and creator value modeling.
  • Partner with Project Management (PM) and Operations (Ops) to understand team allocations and profitability of billable work for each project, work alongside team leads on optimizing resourcing across billable projects and new business

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in the creator economy, platform evolution, and the cultural impact of influencers.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience translating data and research into strategic insights and recommendations.
  • 5+ years of relevant full-time experience, with at least 4 years in influencer marketing analytics, social data, or digital measurement within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing measurement frameworks, performance benchmarking, and campaign optimization for influencer programs.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization; experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio preferred. Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus but not required.
  • Desire and capacity to take ownership of workstreams, manage fast deadlines and agile deliverable processes, nurture client relationships, collaborate with diverse teams.

Manager, AI Strategy

Title: Manager, AI Strategy
Level: Manager
Group: Weber I/O
Reports to: SVP, I/O

Ignite growth where code meets culture.

Weber I/O is an industry-first unit fusing analytics, data science, performance media, experiential tech and AI advisory to power client advantage, and we need an AI Strategist in Canada to drive transformation for clients and across the agency.

Game to join our crew, to amplify and advance the momentum, and be on the ground floor for this exciting transformation? Keep reading.

What you’ll do

  • Chart and evolve Canada’s innovation and training roadmap. Plan and deliver rich, multi-dimensional AI education and inspiration programming for North America staff. Think less traditional L&D/classroom vibe, more engaging/backstage pass feel.
  • Design practical curriculum and content. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to co-create program components that help individuals/teams move quickly from curiosity to confidence. Includes producing live training sessions, deconstructing best practice work, instigating Teams discussions, coordinating virtual office hours and beyond. (New form factors welcome!)
  • Roll-out sessions and rally engagement. Draft internal comms, liaise with I/O colleagues and communications team to announce programming, drive attendance/participation. Monitor engagement, sentiment and impact so we can scale what sticks, sunset what doesn’t.
  • Keep Halo at the core. Ensure our new and improved secure AI workspace, Halo, is known as the safest—and easiest — place for colleagues to employ AI to elevate their work. Curate top use-cases, gather user feedback, share insights to inform fast-moving and longer-term roadmap and employee learning programs
  • Flex and pivot at the speed of tech. Monitor new platforms, tools and workflows to contribute to discussions about the applications and implications of AI on our work.
  • Support I/O strategic initiatives (≈20%). Jump into other I/O priorities including new service pilots, market visibility programs and innovation sprints when extra lift is needed.

You’ll thrive here if you

  • Are immersed in emerging tech—its possibilities and implications—and can explain it in plain English.
  • Believe that utilizing secure, responsible AI is a competitive edge—and have ideas for proving it daily.
  • Treat change as your natural habitat, pivoting with curiosity and discipline as new platforms, ways of working and priorities emerge

Must-have chops

  • Experience in AI-powered innovation —ideally in communications, marketing or a tech-forward environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Gen AI platforms and a clear POV on responsible use.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to distill complex AI concepts into clear client insights, craft compelling narratives, and produce polished, client-ready deliverables.
  • Credibility to partner with senior leaders and entry-level AI natives alike, and excitement to collaborate with and inspire doers at every level.
  • Fluency in measurement and storytelling with data, turning insights into action.
  • Bonus: experience introducing proprietary tech platforms at scale.

Our team is future-leaning but grounded, legit curious and pragmatic. We celebrate makers and breakers. We ask hard questions, listen to everyone’s POV, make calls and move fast. And we love digging into nascent platforms and figuring out how best to put them to work. If that feels like your energy, let’s talk.
