What you’ll do all day:

  • Create: Craft written communications including media materials and compelling social content
  • Research: Analyze brands using various resources
  • Engage: Share big ideas in brainstorms and with teams
  • Plan: Assist in event coordination and logistics
  • Hustle: Pitch stories to media, develop media lists, track placements, etc.
  • Monitor: Track brands in traditional and social media

 

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Thinking: Do it out of the box. Actually, it’s best if you’re wholly unfamiliar with the concept of boxes
  • Digital: Know all the old school and the latest social media platforms, what brands are doing on them and what they should do next
  • Communication: Speak, write and edit succinctly and compellingly
  • Management: Meet deadlines, put out fires and multi-task. Work fast, and work well
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise work is a must
  • Technical: Know Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with platforms like Hootsuite, Muck Rack, Cision, Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
  • Dynamic: Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Spark: Understand what sets you apart

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must be a college graduate by start of internship
  • Availability: 40 hours a week from February to June

 

Missouri Salary Range: $20.00 – $20.00

Senior Manager, Client Experience Digital

The Sr. Manager, Analytics CX will have proven leadership and client service skills, and experience managing integrated digital programs. The candidate will be the day-to-day contact for clients, manage communications across a cross-functional agency team, and support flawless execution in the most efficient and productive way. – Partner with internal finance team on overall financial management of the client (SOW development; monitoring and tracking deliverables and budgets; forecasting; change management and reporting)

– Coordinate integration with other agency partners – Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product

– Be a proactive, agile and solution-oriented

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ Years of Experience in marketing, communications, or public relations

– Experience or educational background in the data or analytics field

– Strong project management skills and attention to detail – Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Excellent client and team leadership qualities

– Able to build cooperative, effective relationships, facilitate communication and understanding among professionals across multiple levels. The ability to build consensus, anticipate problems and difficult situations, and develop workable strategies and solution

– Expert skills in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for complex, agile programs. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with established deadlines and pressure.

The Detroit office of Weber Shandwick is looking for an account leader to join our automotive practice to drive key client business, specifically in the social media space.

In this role, you will be responsible for thinking across channels and discipline to manage integrated engagements that are strategically rooted in our clients’ business and brought to life through creative social campaigns for owned and paid activations.

You’ll participate in new business development, engage with clients and colleagues around the world, help develop junior team members, and establish trusting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

CLIENT AND WORK

  • Liaises with clients and assists in client communications, including developing and coordinating routine account management materials, including timelines, activity reports, client documentation and project management support, as appropriate for size of account or office
  • Partners with diverse, cross-functional teams, which includes Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics, to ensure strong execution of programs in support of the client business objectives
  • Supports creative ideation on a consistent basis and provides thoughtful recommendations

We’re currently seeking a Associate, B2B Marketing to join our team. The Associate operates efficiently within a group, executes assigned tasks independently, and is able to handle multiple projects/clients at a time. This individual will be responsible for initiatives across marketing, lead generation, social, and corporate accounts. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, program analytics, project management and digital strategy.  The preferred candidate will have superb communications skills, a successful track record in developing and maintaining solid client relationships, the ability to be a self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team, and strong writing skills for all types of materials and communications. The ideal candidate has experience producing and executing digital engagements in an advertising agency setting or the client side and are motivated, proactive team players.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the execution of digital projects with the primary goal of achieving and exceeding clients’ marketing objectives
  • Work with creative team to provide briefing materials to support the creation of digital creative
  • Update status documents and project trackers on a regular basis
  • Liaison with media team to finalize digital media documents and coordinate the delivery of assets
  • Communicate to client, account teams and creative teams on project developments, timelines and results
  • Liaison between a cross-functional project team, which includes Web Development, Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated transferrable skills; 1-2 years related professional experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing and advertising
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is required
