Associate, B2B Marketing
We’re currently seeking a Associate, B2B Marketing to join our team. The Associate operates efficiently within a group, executes assigned tasks independently, and is able to handle multiple projects/clients at a time. This individual will be responsible for initiatives across marketing, lead generation, social, and corporate accounts. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, program analytics, project management and digital strategy. The preferred candidate will have superb communications skills, a successful track record in developing and maintaining solid client relationships, the ability to be a self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team, and strong writing skills for all types of materials and communications. The ideal candidate has experience producing and executing digital engagements in an advertising agency setting or the client side and are motivated, proactive team players.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution of digital projects with the primary goal of achieving and exceeding clients’ marketing objectives
- Work with creative team to provide briefing materials to support the creation of digital creative
- Update status documents and project trackers on a regular basis
- Liaison with media team to finalize digital media documents and coordinate the delivery of assets
- Communicate to client, account teams and creative teams on project developments, timelines and results
- Liaison between a cross-functional project team, which includes Web Development, Creative, Paid Media, and Analytics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated transferrable skills; 1-2 years related professional experience
- Understanding of digital marketing and advertising
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing is required
- Experience working with project managers, creatives, and web developers
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
- Have excellent organization and time management skills
- Have a passion and experience for digital media and marketing while staying ahead of the curve on industry developments
- Have strong written and verbal communications skills
- Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Have content management experience (eg- CMS, ESP)
- Experience activating paid media or email campaigns a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Basic scoping and financial management skills

- Microsoft Office (experience supporting the development of presentations)
- Web platforms and engagement tools including but not limited to WordPress, Wix, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.
- Social media platforms and community management tools including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Facebook OpenGraph and Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Adobe Photoshop

Senior Manager, Client Experience Digital
The Sr. Manager, Analytics CX will have proven leadership and client service skills, and experience managing integrated digital programs. Qualifications:

Weber Shandwick is currently seeking a Vice President, Social & Influencer Strategy to join our Healthcare teams in our Boston office to help lead integration across marketing functions on behalf of a major healthcare brand. This position is responsible for driving the success of the client relationship, including meeting client objectives within given budgets, and translating all these factors into strategic briefs and corresponding planning documents to ensure client satisfaction.
The Vice President, Social & Influencer Strategy is responsible for working with cross-functional teams in the development and oversight of the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives including development of campaigns, content creation and measuring the effectiveness of our initiatives.
An ideal candidate will have deep experience in the social and digital space on notable brands and be in tune with emerging trends within digital and social media, as well as understand the broader cultural shift-taking place through digital means.
Client-facing responsibilities will include strategic program planning, managing programs and activities to meet business objectives, effectively delegating projects, providing strategic counsel to team members and allocating agency resources while managing client schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience with a digital advertising and/or digital PR agency, healthcare experience is preferred
- Possess a thorough command of the social media and digital world (from the evolving social web to mobile tools and trends), sophisticated client service and digital communications skills, high energy, and passion for this area of rapid change and innovation.
- Work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams – displaying proven ability in running a team, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues, and working towards solutions to complex problems.
- Be able to communicate with client contacts across multiple levels, both at a reporting and strategic counsel level
- Have exceptional creative and business writing skill
- Lead cross-functional account teams to build content plans and campaign strategies designed to engage members of brand communities
