Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne ayant l’esprit d’équipe, qui nous aidera à raconter des récits convaincants pour nos clients au titre de stratégies de communication novatrices et intégrées (contenu publié dans les réseaux appartenant aux clients, contenu éditorial et contenu payé). Ce poste vous convient si vous avez à votre actif de deux à trois ans d’expérience, acquise en agence ou dans un milieu connexe, ainsi que dans le domaine de la santé, y compris dans la gestion d’éléments de programmes médiatiques et numériques. Cette personne contribuera aussi à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de campagnes pour le compte de divers clients, dont des sociétés pharmaceutiques, des entreprises de l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux, des organismes de défense des droits des patients et des patientes, et d’autres organismes du domaine scientifique ou de celui des sciences de la santé.

Principales responsabilités

  • Contribuer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de campagnes de relations publiques novatrices intégrées et susceptibles d’être primées, pour le compte de grandes marques canadiennes et mondiales dans le domaine de la santé;
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication destinées aux médias et aux influenceurs, y compris la définition des objectifs, l’identification des médias cibles, la définition des angles de traitement et des approches de sensibilisation, en collaboration avec des experts des relations médias et avec leur soutien;
  • Identifier les représentants des médias et les influenceurs capables de donner vie aux histoires de nos clients, en misant sur des intervenants dignes de confiance et fiables, et établir des relations avec ces personnes;
  • Identifier de nouveaux médias et de nouvelles plateformes, et trouver de nouveaux moyens de faire parler des histoires de nos clients;
  • Effectuer un suivi dans les médias, comprendre les enjeux de l’industrie qui ont une incidence directe ou indirecte sur nos clients, analyser et comprendre les données importantes sur la couverture médiatique ainsi que sur les conversations tenues dans les médias sociaux;
  • Exercer un suivi sur les enjeux de l’industrie et contribuer à l’élaboration de messages stratégiques relatifs aux enjeux propres aux clients et aux risques auxquels sont exposés ces derniers quant à leur réputation;
  • Définir des indicateurs de rendement clés et exercer un suivi sur ces indicateurs, afin de mesurer le succès des campagnes et d’évaluer les résultats obtenus pour nos clients;
  • Participer à des projets réalisés par l’ensemble de l’équipe, assister à des séminaires et à des réunions dans le but d’approfondir ses connaissances et d’assurer son développement.

 

 

Qualification professionnelle

  • De deux à trois ans d’expérience en relations publiques, idéalement acquise en agence ou en entreprise (expérience dans le domaine des soins de santé, un atout);
  • Bonne connaissance de l’univers numérique et bonne compréhension des médias traditionnels et des médias sociaux;
  • Capacité avérée d’obtenir de la couverture médiatique et de susciter des conversations au nom des marques, des organisations, des entreprises ou d’autres institutions;
  • Expérience de travail avec des bases de données de médias et/ou d’influenceurs, de ressources et d’outils de communication dirigés par des journalistes;
  • Motivation dans le travail, sens de l’organisation et capacité de composer avec des changements d’échéanciers, de demandes et de livrables;

Compétences marquées pour la communication, à l’oral et à l’écrit, capacité de faire des présentations, esprit de collaboration et aptitudes marquées pour la résolution de problèmes.

 

SENIOR ASSOCIATE – MEDIA RELATIONS (HEALTHCARE)

We’re looking for a team player to help us tell compelling stories for our clients through innovative and integrated earned, owned and paid strategies. You should have 2-3 years of agency or related experience, ideally with a background in healthcare communications, including experience helping to manage media and digital program elements. The person in this role will help develop and implement engagement campaigns for a variety of healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, patient advocacy organizations and other life science or healthcare organizations.

  • Participation in office-wide initiatives, seminars and meetings to further professional learning and development

 Key Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience, ideally in an agency, communications or marketing environment (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of the overall media and social media landscape
  • Proven ability to garner coverage and conversation on behalf of brands, organizations, companies or other institutions
  • Familiarity with media and/or influencer databases, journalist-led tools and resources
  • A working style that is self-motivated, well-organized and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests and deliverables
  • Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills
