Quelques mots sur le poste
Nous recherchons un directeur ou une directrice de clientèle expérimenté(e) en Relations Publiques pour intégrer le pôle Corporate et Crise de l’agence.
A ce poste, vous serez responsable de la communication stratégique pour des clients de renom, de la création de campagnes innovantes, et du développement des opportunités commerciales. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de direction, ainsi qu’avec les autres départements de l’agence.
Vos responsabilités
- Leadership Stratégique
- Nourrir une véritable réflexion sur vos clients, leur business model et l’évolution de leurs besoins.
- Participer au développement de recommandations dans le cadre des actions de prospection ou appels d’offre de l’agence.
- Participer aux actions de marketing de l’agence.
- Relation client et pilotage des opérations
- Fournir un conseil stratégique et construire des relations solides et de confiance avec vos clients.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de communication et des campagnes pour des clients locaux et internationaux.
- Piloter les projets et manager les consultants impliqués.
- Valoriser vos actions et celles de l’équipe (reporting, suivi et analyse des résultats) auprès de vos clients.
- Management de l’équipe et finances
- Diriger et encadrer, sur chaque projet, une équipe de 2 à 3 collaborateurs tout en développant les talents au sein de l’équipe.
- Participer à la gestion financière des portefeuilles clients, y compris la planification et les rapports mensuels.
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée (8 à 10 ans) dans la conduite de campagnes de communication créatives à fort impact culturel et stratégique.
- Réseau solide au sein du marché français de la communication et des relations publiques.
- Forte capacité de leadership et compétences en gestion et développement d’équipes performantes, notamment par le mentoring, l’inclusivité et la création d’une culture d’excellence.
- Expertise stratégique pour les clients de l’agence : capacité à les accompagner dans la définition de leur stratégie de communication, la protection de leur réputation, l’amplification de leur image de marque et l’identification de signaux faibles potentiellement disruptifs.
- Capacité à identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein de son portefeuille de clients, à remporter des appels d’offre compétitifs et à soutenir la dynamique de croissance de l’agence.

What will you do?
- Contribute to development of client tactical plans and cross-community implementation activities
- Successfully manage client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
- Develop initial client communications, key messaging and related materials

About The Role
We’re currently seeking a conversation-starter, a reputation-guarder, an idea-launcher and a team-player to join our growing China Go Global team in Hong Kong.
Associates are resourceful task managers who are counted on for tactical program execution by servicing multiple clients and handling core public relations tasks with a dynamic team. They learn the business of the agency, its clients and its internal processes and procedures. Eager to deepen insights into media strategies and industry trends across the smartphone/smart hardware, mobile internet, and consumer technology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support account leads to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis and implement local and regional communication strategies and program activities in conjunction with team members
- Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and cultural news and prepare coverage reports
- Provide media relations support – conducting research, maintaining and building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, and managing media relationships and opportunities
- Translate and develop well-written bilingual article summaries, and prepare media materials
- Co-ordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the smooth execution of clients’ events
- Perform general reporting and administrative duties
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally in the field of PR, Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism
- 1-4 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably at a PR agency or in-house communications team
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized to handle various ongoing work streams
- Self-motivated team player, and keen to take ownership of tasks
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Keen to develop your career in the PR industry and value professionalism

Key responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for agency/team learning and develop tools/suggestions to expand agency knowledge and understanding of digital communications
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
- Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership on executional issues specific to assigned programs
Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably at a PR agency or in-house communications team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
