Weber Shandwick is currently seeking experienced Administrative to provide support to agency’s account leadership. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, promptness and responsiveness is paramount. Can-do attitude, managing multiple projects and personality’s part and parcel to the job. This person’s duties include:
- assist in expense report entry Expense/ manage GM per diems for senior staff
- Create monthly OMS reports for teams to review
- Extensive knowledge and use of Excel & Word as necessary
- Full comprehension of expense policies
- Scan audit documents into the system for auditing back up
- Ensure all receipts are coded accurately with necessary documentation in accordance with the agency and OEM. This includes reimbursable (client) and non-reimbursable
- Assist with new job codes forms
- Assist in tracking missing time, esp at month end
- Assist with GM travel profiles
- Assist with IPG travel profiles
- Training new staff update onboarding documents
- Order supplies
- Ensure all responsible parties have signed off on required documentation
- Ensure client approval has been obtained before opening job codes
Salary range: $20.00

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in integrated digital marketing strategy and execution
- Ability to build fully-integrated strategies for major campaigns, product launches and digital assets for the world’s biggest brands
- Understanding of performance marketing tactics focused on results

- Experience in conducting research of various types such as; market landscape, persona, competitor and content research

Additional Responsibilities:
- Be the lead strategist for digital clients
- Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client success
- Provide client counsel while serving as a strategic driver for client meetings and presentations
- Expand the digital deliverables and offerings for our team
- Assist in the development and implementation of paid, owned and earned programs
- Efficiently manage client and team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and projects
- Write content briefs and develop project timelines
- Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, while managing budgets and staffing around programs and campaigns
- Have excellent organization and time management skills
- Have very strong written and verbal communications skills
- Be able and eager to quickly learn new systems, tools, approaches and platforms
- Effectively manage client and team expectations around timelines, work, and deliverables
Basic Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience within the digital communications and marketing industry with a strong understanding of integrated strategies
- 2+ years management experience leading small groups and projects
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong experience with both large-scale and start-up business environments preferred

Weber Shandwick is seeking a summer intern to work on a range of consumer clients. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid, paid internship that will start in June and go through August.

What you’ll do all day:
- Create: Craft written communications including media materials, compelling social content, and memos

- Hustle: Pitch stories to media, develop media lists, track placements, etc.

Weber Shandwick is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a senior leadership team.
This Administrative Assistant is designed to support the finance team across Canada. Due to the nature of the work, you must have meticulous attention to detail and be able and eager to juggle multiple responsibilities. You will be tasked with supporting key activities including but not limited pulling finance related reports, inputting data from Excel, and partnering with our Client Experience team. You will possess strong organizational skills and familiarity with a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Expense reporting
- Meeting support
- Supporting accounts payable processes
- Maintaining and updating Excel-based reports and data
- Help in month end close process
- Analyze time data
- Help with vendor setup and payment
- Presentation design
- Coordinating with Finance and HR and management of contacts
- Other special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Must be technically savvy– Proficient in MS Office Suite
