We are looking for an English Editor for our Digital and Analytics team in Seoul. As an Editor, you’ll be working on Korean conglomerate accounts, mostly in the B2B and Tech space, reporting into the EVP, Digital in Seoul. This role will appeal to someone who has a healthy curiosity about how Korea-based HQ businesses bring to life their services and products to a broader global (non-Korean speaking) audience. This is a great opportunity for a bi-lingual candidate, who is a great communicator with at least 3-4 years of editorial experience, looking for an opportunity to belong to a global organization and work on diverse and exciting client projects, whilst potentially working with clients and colleagues across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and editing content for websites, blogs and social media accounts of major Korean conglomerates
- Develop editorial calendars and ensure that all internal and external deadlines are met
- Develop, edit, proofread and improve content
- Collaborate with design and video production teams to produce high quality content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytic
- Analyse web traffic metrics and social platform insights
- Researching and developing article ideas
- Conducting interviews and developing these into online articles
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in native English, business level Korean proficiency a plus
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preference
- Strong interest in how content marketing is evolving and how audiences are receiving, consuming and acting on information
- Strong creative skills and a good understanding of current digital trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
- Hands on experience with SEO and web/social traffic metrics
- Journalism and/or agency experience preferred

Editor, Corporate/B2B/Technology – New York – We are seeking a dynamic and motivated writer, editor, and content strategist to join our team to deliver high-impact work for major Corporate, Technology and other B2B clients.
This role partners closely with internal teams and clients to define business objectives and develop comprehensive content strategies across a variety of channels, including social, that drive results. The ideal candidate thrives on crafting strategic, creative stories under deadline and demonstrates expertise in digital storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in LinkedIn content and executive communications.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- 3-5 years of editorial experience at a media, publishing, or corporate communications company
- A proven track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
- Excellent editing, writing, and grammatical skills
- Strong editorial judgment and a keen sense for business news and trends
- Experience writing, reporting, and interviewing in a B2B or corporate context
- Ability to develop content strategies, set goals, define target audiences, perform research and competitor audits, select channels, and build editorial calendars
- Experience generating creative story ideas and executing them across formats, including client websites and social media accounts

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our team in Seoul. In this role, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies for our high-profile client. You’ll be working with a large Korean HQ business, supporting their global commuications strategies and partnering with stakeholders and colleagues across the Weber Shanwick network. Fluency in Korean and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creatin of press materials, including press releases and media kits.
- Support day-to-day communications with clients and help manage client expectations.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and track industry trends.
- Help coordinate events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to execute integrated communication campaigns.
Qualifications
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience in public relations or communications (internships included).
- Previous experience in an agency would be advantageous
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

The Weber Shandwick Editorial team is currently seeking a motivated editor, content strategist, and scientific storyteller to help our healthcare and pharma clients bring their messaging to life across channels. This individual will work with a team of graphic designers, social media managers, and scientific communicators to create a compelling narrative around pertinent life science information. Our editors know what makes a good story, and how to bring that story to life – whether in a blog article, social post, video, podcast, or in a presentation. This individual will be responsible for writing, content creation, publishing, managing editorial calendars and assisting with client assignments, strategies, and editorial development. Candidates must have proven writing skills with digital publishing experience preferred, the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- 3-5 years of editorial experience at a media or online publishing company
- Subject matter expertise in health, medical, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry writing
