As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced data scientists, analyst, strategists, communication experts and client experience professionals and gain hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions for our clients. Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to support the development of data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven strategies
  • Support the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms 
  • Assist in building data pipelines and infrastructure for data processing and analysis 
  • Work on statistical models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize resource allocation across various channels
  • Utilize natural language processing techniques to uncover nuanced insights on trends and audience sentiments from textual data sources such as social media, customer feedback, and market reports
  • Conduct network analysis to understand social media dynamics, identify key influencers, and inform communication approaches for targeted audience engagement
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to projects

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Sociology or related field 
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java 
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy 
  • Basic understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms 
  • Good understanding of statistics and probability  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Duration: 3-6 months

Market Research Director

Research Directors are expected to be experienced enough to lead research studies relatively autonomously. Responsibilities vary for each unique research study, but generally include:

  • Leading client meetings to help advise on approach and scope of research
  • Developing/reviewing survey questionnaires and qualitative screeners
  • Determining quotas and weighting schemes
  • Coordinating with operations team for survey programming, fielding and data processing
  • Ensuring program accuracy and making quota decisions while fielding
  • Drafting moderator guides
  • Conducting IDIs
  • Writing analysis plan, analyzing data and developing key findings
  • Creating insightful and visually compelling reports and presentations
  • Managing staff assigned to the project team, and ensuring engagement, productivity, and work within budget
  • Generally accountable for overall project success including execution, problem resolution, deliverables, client management and final presentation

KRC Directors also play an essential role in helping to manage the business by:

  • Contributing to new business efforts, including writing proposals and designing budget structures and fees
  • Formally managing junior staff, including coaching through performance levels and conducting reviews

VP, Analytics

The VP, Analytics will deliver data-driven, actionable insights on behalf of our clients. Ideal candidates will be excited about championing for the analytics discipline and fluent in the various technologies, platforms and best practices that define the online media and marketing space. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the agency’s Global Intelligence team, charged with orchestrating the measurement and optimization approach for a cross-channel, multi-agency client team. You will be responsible for developing innovative measurement strategies, leading business intelligence efforts and managing the execution of analyses designed to drive deep understanding of consumer behavior and communications performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of both well-established and new-to-market digital marketing analytics tools and platforms. Apply that knowledge to inform and enhance our work.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-function leadership to infuse all aspects of the work with data- and research-backed solutions.
  • Develop strategic measurement frameworks and playbooks to form the basis of ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Tirelessly mentor junior staff, investing time and energy into talent development and growth.
  • Champion the use of data to inform decision-making at all levels internally and externally.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to ensure proper operations of data-driven strategies.

  • Create visually compelling presentations of reporting and insights that allow a client to easily evaluate performance relative to their business objectives.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing Science, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or Performance Marketing fields.
  • Passion for working with data and deriving insights to answer client business questions.
  • Experience leading and producing work for a marketing analytics program.
  • Proficiency with paid, owned and earned aspects of digital content management, including social media, site analytics and search.
