What you’ll do all day: 

  • Create: Craft written communications including media materials and compelling social content 
  • Research: Analyze brands using various resources
  • Engage: Share big ideas in brainstorms and with teams
  • Hustle: Pitch stories to media, develop media lists, track placements, etc.
  • Monitor: Track brands in traditional and social media 

 

What we’re looking for in a candidate: 

  • Thinking: Do it out of the box. Actually, it’s best if you’re wholly unfamiliar with the concept of boxes
  • Communication: Speak, write and edit succinctly and compellingly 
  • Digital: Know all the old school and the latest social media platforms, what brands are doing on them and what they should do next
  • Management: Meet deadlines, put out fires and multi-task. Work fast, and work well
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise work are critical
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with platforms like Cision, Muckrack, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, and /or Quid a plus
  • Dynamic: You must be able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and juggle tasks
  • Spark: Understand what sets you apart

California Salary range: $20.00 – $20.00

The Account Director will have proven leadership and client service skills, and experience managing integrated global communications programs.   • Manage workstreams with a focus on running data and regulatory milestones and overseeing junior staff
  • Have ownership of client financials and profitability
  • Coordinate integration with other agency partners
  • Successfully navigate conflicts across internal stakeholders, clients and agency partners
  • Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product
  • Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6-8 years of relevant global healthcare communications agency experience
  • Ability to translate client needs into workable plans/projects
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing high-performing teams; mentoring team members
  • Confident presenter and persuasive speaker
  • Financial acumen in the areas of budgeting, billing and staffing
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

Senior Vice President, Client Experience

We’re looking for a Senior Vice President to join our Corporate Advisory practice—a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of society, business, and culture. In this role, you’ll help shape and protect the reputations of industry-leading clients across a range of sectors.

You’ll lead complex, high-stakes communications programs that span reputation strategy, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, internal transformation, crisis response, and integrated earned-first campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t just manage accounts—but elevates them.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead marquee accounts and drive new business tied to reputation, thought leadership, executive visibility and business transformation
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior clients, working to guide brand behavior in moments of risk and opportunity
  • Architect cross-functional teams across earned media, public affairs, employee comms, digital, creative, and analytics
  • Translate cultural context into business relevance—helping clients navigate stakeholder expectations, media pressure, and social momentum
  • Advance our firm’s leadership in Corporate Advisory through IP development, thought leadership, and mentorship
  • Uphold operational excellence—oversee team performance, resourcing, and financial management for your accounts

Skillset Required

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, reputation management, or strategic advisory (agency experience preferred)
  • Trusted counselor with a track record of guiding executives and senior clients leaders through complex reputational terrain
  • Deep understanding of the evolving corporate reputation landscape, including executive visibility, ESG, DEI, and crisis
  • Fluent in both traditional and non-traditional media and how stories travel across channels and communities
  • Experience driving integrated campaigns that connect strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder value
  • Strong operator: comfortable with financials, team planning, and navigating fast-paced environments
  • Committed to developing talent, nurturing teams, and building a culture of accountability and trust
  • Exceptional writer and presenter with experience leading new business pursuits from pitch to close
