Creative/Strategy/Analytics Intern (Summer 2025)
Weber Shandwick NY is recruiting its class of summer Interns to sit across Creative, Strategy and Analytics.
Our team — composed of creatives, strategists and analysts — is focused on developing impactful ideas for clients spanning media, technology, and culture.
We’re looking for the next generation of multi-hyphenate talent to act as a mini agency within our agency, applying their insights and media savvy to fuel a proactive idea engine for our clients.
In this full-time program, interns will be identifying – and ideating around – compelling human insights, news moments, and cultural trends. As part of the program, you’ll support full-time staff across our Creative, Strategy, and Analytics teams, and walk away with knowledge from each core discipline.
This internship is full-time at 40 hours per week and the expectation is that participants will be onsite in our office at 909 3rd Ave at least 3 days per week.
Application Deadline: Please submit applications by Friday, March 21, 2025.
What would you be working on?
Every intern will be assigned 3-5 brands — and share ideas for those brands every week. Inspiration can come from anywhere… analytics data, local news, Reddit threads, TikTok trends, and more. You’ll meet with other interns and a crew of in-house analysts, strategists and creatives multiple times every week to build out ideas that will eventually be pitched to clients.
What’s in it for you?
Beyond the opportunity to flex your left and right brain muscles, strengthen your network, you’ll contribute to Weber Shandwick’s group creds and culture.
How to apply:
Please submit your resume and cover letter. If you have a website showcasing your work, feel free to share it. Additionally, you’ll be required to answer a few application questions. Please limit your responses to 150 words max for each. Remember, be authentic. Don’t stress about what you think we want to see from you. We value your genuine thoughts and experiences.
Details & Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be a college graduate by the start of the internship or have demonstrated transferrable skills
- Must be available to work 40 hours a week starting June; duration of internship will be 3 months
- Interns will be hybrid (in person 3 days per week and work remotely other 2)
