For employers, navigating this period is yet another challenge they’re faced with addressing – particularly as deepening concerns and divisions persist. According to a recent poll of 1,000 U.S.-based employees, conducted in partnership with KRC Research, 75% believe that new COVID-19 variants show that it is not yet safe to return to the workplace, 58% worry about their mental health and wellness and 49% are experiencing work burnout.
