About this Position:
Our Vice Presidents are strategic partners and trusted advisors to our clients. They help them address business imperatives or issues with the right marketing/communications solutions. Our VPs champion a superlative client experience by leading a dynamic, integrated team to develop breakthrough ideas, innovative programs and executional excellence. They advocate the agency’s full breadth of capabilities and expertise across today’s digitally led media landscape. Our VPs also lead business development activities with existing and new clients and manage and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive responsibility for the team performance (P&L) including the setting and achievement of agreed financial goals; the leadership, management and mentoring of team members; the provision of high quality and innovative client services which maintain and build excellent client relationships; and the overall strategic development of the business;
- Provide senior client counsel on technology-focused strategies and ensure programs deliver ROI;
- Work with experts across the agency and wider network to develop and deliver on strategy, including measurement, creative, strategy and analytics;
- Actively cultivate and nurture client relationships to build trust, long-term partnership and client satisfaction;
- Actively engaging, establishing and maintaining key relationships with key stakeholders and resources useful for the agency, such as government departments/officials, key media, NGOs, institutions, academia, influencers, etc. Strong top/senior media relations with top China and international publications are must;
- Lead, inspire and empower colleagues from various functions to coordinate work across departments, communicate effectively and collaborate to deliver as one team;
- Grow business prospects with existing clients, expand scopes of work and advance new business opportunities;
- Contribute to the overall senior management of the agency across China
- Participate in the development of the annual business plan and budget
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years professional experience of the communication and integrated marketing role in technological sector; expertise includes but not limited to in PR/MKT/Media profession, preferably with a background in technology communications (preferably within a PR agency environment)
- In-depth and Insightful understandings of the technological clients’ and related industries in China as well as international markets.
- Proven success in terms of both team management and business growth.
- Strong Communication skills and organizational skills to handle business in sophisticated environment.
- Great leadership and hands on in managing projects, team working skills are a must.
- Capable of working under stress and leading multiple projects.
- Fluent English & Mandarin is a must.

What does this mean? The Account Director, Consumer, CX role is responsible for driving the success of the client relationship, including meeting client objectives within given budgets, and translating all of these factors into strategic briefs and corresponding planning documents to ensure not only client satisfaction, but an exceptional client experience. You would be responsible for working with cross-functional teams in the development and executional oversight of strategic earned media and digital initiatives including development of campaigns, content creation and measuring the effectiveness of our initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own responsibilities for executional leadership of multiple client programs, budgets, timeline and plans
- Assist in the development of long-term client plans and program recommendations, developing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations
- Drive development of tactical plans, translating strategies into tactics; ensure team deliverables align with strategies
- Proactively drive evolution in account team improvements and the work to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience
- Manage ongoing team resourcing/staffing to ensure successful delivery of work product
- Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership for executional issues specific to assigned programs
- Develop and manage timelines and weekly actions plans to ensure all deadlines on client programs are met
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for multiple brands
- Build and own productive relationships with multiple stakeholders (e.g. brand managers), interagency teams, and a diverse array of agency colleagues
- Representing agency points of view clearly in writing, formal presentations, and informal client meetings and workshops
- Maintaining profitability of engagements
- Motivating the team by bringing a positive, solutions-focused attitude to everything you do
Qualifications:
You have…
- 7 – 8 years public relations experience
- Agency experience (strongly preferred)
- Are both a creative and a strategic thinker
- Have a track record in client service
- A Bachelor’s degree required

Senior Manager, China Go Global
About this Position:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing “China Go Global” team in Shenzhen. In the role, you’ll be leading the way in bringing Chinese brands to the biggest overseas stages—by developing new and existing relationships with international media, regularly liaising with clients and generating and executing ideas to land earned coverage. Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an associate, ideally with healthcare communication experience, media relationship and content developing background.
He or she will work on multiple accounts, helping to handle core public relations tasks ranging from building media relationships, conducting industry research, to drafting press release and other media materials.

Responsibility:
Client service
- Demonstrate understanding of key client information, including general business strategy, industry trends and issues, products/ services, key opinion leaders, customers and competitors
- Contribute to client correspondence (i.e., daily updates, activity reports, etc.), providing account administration including meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, attending client meetings and conference calls and reporting weekly/monthly activity and coverage

Media

- Coordinate and help plan media outreach programs including tours, events, conferences, interviews, new media outreach , etc.

Writing
- Play key role in developing key messages in keeping with clients’ objectives
- Write pitch letters, abstracts, profiles, press kit materials and releases, social media content, executive-related documents, materials for internal communications, etc.
- Edit and proofread written materials for quality and adherence to appropriate writing style, with an understanding of the differences in writing styles depending on the outlet, channel and audience (online, social network, traditional media, etc.)
- Oversee work products of more junior staff to ensure quality and consistency
Planning and reporting
- Accurately maintain executional tools, trackers and reporting
- Participate and assist in program brainstorming, development and planning
- Understand and participate in agency billing and invoicing procedures and assist project managers on tracking and monitoring financials (e.g., budget vs. actual)
- Compose integrated media plans and contribute to plan development processes as needed
Qualifications
- 2-4 year working experience in PR agency
- Quick and eager to learn
- Strong English ability in both written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) skills
