The Senior Manager, Paid Search would be responsible for leading paid search strategy and campaign execution for a variety of assigned client accounts in a fast-paced, and results-oriented environment. The Senior Manager, Paid Search will also commonly execute Performance Max, Demand Generation, and YouTube campaigns. S/he would be responsible for leading and growing client relationships, establishing trust and delivering on client goals. As well as, developing strategy and tactics based on key understandings of his/her clients’ business objectives.
Paid Search Campaign Management:
- Develops planning strategy based on keyword research and search volume data
- Selects appropriate paid search engine, SEM tactics and campaign objectives based on client goals
- Develops keywords and creative ad strategy based on client feedback
- Develops presentation materials for client review and adapts/finalizes based on feedback
- Ensures campaign tracking, audience building, and billing is setup prior to campaign launch
- Works with Creative team (as necessary) on digital ad development to ensure creative is delivered to spec and supports media strategy
- Works with Analytics and Ad Ops team for any tagging/reporting requirements
- Executes campaign reporting activities based on agreed upon cadence
- Draws critical analysis from data and makes specific recommendations to optimize and improve campaign performance
- Manages campaign execution from start to finish
- Supports the needs of Director of Search and other senior leadership Client Relationship Management:
- Act as account lead in maintaining and growing successful client relationships
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Works closely with Google Agency representatives to develop productive working relationships that drive results for clients
- Stays up-to-date on paid search landscape to learn about relevant offerings, new products, and trends Qualifications
- Strong team leadership qualities and experience in a management role
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and project management
- Experience leading client relationships
- Experience with Performance Max, Demand Generation, YouTube, etc.
- Experience pulling and interpreting data from Google Analytics
- Knowledge of paid search landscape and the ever-changing Google products available
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI’s for digital media
- Google Analytics Certification is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience

NYC Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000

Job Description:
The NA head of analytics and intelligence strategy for the Health sector will serve as the region’s most senior Analytics leader supporting the Health practice — providing strategic counsel to clients, building new, bespoke offerings, developing insights for new business pitches, and helping build our reputation as the leading Health communications business in North America.

Requirements
- 15+ years of related professional experience within an agency, consulting or corporate setting (15+ research experience; 10+ analytics experience)
- Proven ability to counsel Fortune 100 clients
- Talent development experience and skill in building, leading, coaching, and motivating research and analytics teams
- Ability to derive relevant insights from diverse sources of data, both qualitative and quantitative, including published sources, syndicated data, and proprietary data, and then translating those insights into specific media strategies and recommendations
- Health sector experience, ideally designing and delivering solutions for payor, provider, pharma and/or major health systems in the US.
- Ability to design research, analyses, and test plans to explore hypotheses such as optimizing communications regarding creative and channel mix
- Passion for innovation and technology
- Behavioral Science experience is a plus
Skills
- Experience using media/marketing intelligence, social listening or other research tools such as: Talkwalker, Brandwatch, GlobalWebIndex, NewsWhip, Meltwater, Cision, Quid, Affinio, Simmons/MRI and/or Comscore
- Experience with data visualization tools and approaches (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, Google Data Studio) for reporting and dashboards
- Experience directly conducting primary research (either qualitative or quantitative) end-to-end (i.e., designing, fielding, analyzing and reporting out data)
- Experience turning raw, unstructured data into insights, stories, and strategies
- Experience pitching new business and leading or supporting complex RFP submissions
- Hands-on experience in managing data and data mining
- Ability to develop frameworks for steering complex insight/analytics projects

- Previous consumer packaged goods and related industries experience is a bonus, but not required
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Open to giving and receiving constructive and respectful feedback in a timely manner
- Desire to continuously learn new skills and knowledge, and willingness to always share skills and knowledge with team members as well as clients
- Commitment to personal accountability
- BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field
