What is the role?
We are looking for someone passionate about health communications to join our busy Client Experience team based in The Hague at either Manager, Senior Manager or Account Director level.
For this role, you will lead on accounts with our existing health business, supporting both consumer health & pharmaceutical clients as health related organisations with corporate comms, marketing PR, influencer marketing and more. The majority of the work is Netherlands-specific but there is also the opportunity to collaborate with teams in the UK, Switzerland and Belgium on further global work. This is a great opportunity to lead on a number of established accounts in both our health and consumer practices but also support with building the health team further and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of cross-functional teams.
- Client partnership with health and consumer clients.
- Supporting with new and organic business growth.
- Acting as the point of contact for pharma and consumer health clients.
- Providing healthcare communications expertise for internal and external teams.
Who are you?
- Experienced working at Manager, Senior Manager or Account Director level within a PR/Comms agency.
- Experienced working with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical accounts
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- A good team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are based in The Hague in the Netherlands and work on a hybrid model with two days per week in the office. However we are a flexible bunch, so please do reach out if you have flexibility requirements such a part-time working and/or remote working requirements and we’ll be happy to chat!

What will you be doing?
- Builds client relationships by providing counsel to multiple clients, driving execution of tactical plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Successfully manages client expectations, team resources, and deliverables around major campaigns and projects.
- Serves as an active participant in client meetings and presentations; crafts, presents, and executes integrated communications strategies for major campaigns.
- Conducts and manages the flow of research and materials development necessary to analyse client issues.
- Functions across disciplines with a knowledge of social media strategies and tactics.
- Monitors media outlets for coverage of client and competitor news, leveraging digital and social outlets, a diverse set of influencers, etc.
- Understands industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client.
- Composes media materials (press releases, pitch notes, client briefings, messaging documents, sample Q&A, proposals, bylined articles, supporting social content, etc.) and conducts media outreach.
- Proofs and edits client-related documents.

- Leads small teams to conduct pressing research on a wide range of issues, reviews and prepares executive summaries and/or analyses of information into strategic and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a day-to-day social strategy contact for a major client, becoming an expert on our clients’ business and understanding how their communications objectives help achieve business goals
- Work with clients in a solution-oriented fashion to execute against digital content strategies, including collaborating with cross-functional partners to address tactical issues related to social content planning/development, influencer coordination and paid media planning
