Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Account Director with a solid background in healthcare communications, and the ability to stretch in corporate communications as needed. You will lead pan-European and global communications programs for international healthcare and corporate clients, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful strategies and campaigns from our Geneva office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of over 30 experts in integrated media, content, analytics, and strategy.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the senior client contact, providing strategic counsel and managing relationships across key accounts.
- Lead the development and execution of communications strategies and plans tailored to complex, multi-market needs.
- Drive organic growth by proactively identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business development efforts.
- Manage and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.
- Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources to deliver exceptional client work.
- Apply insight-led thinking to shape messaging frameworks, campaigns, and channel strategies, integrating traditional, digital, and social media.
Who are you?
- Demonstrated success as an Account Director (or equivalent senior role) in a communications agency or in-house, preferably within a pharma/healthcare environment, with experience leading pan-European or global programs.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling communications.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities and anticipating client needs.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- A collaborative leader and team player who inspires others and contributes positively to agency culture.
- Swiss national or EU passport holder with the right to work in Switzerland – international relocation is not offered.

Digital PR and Content, Manager (9-12 Month Contract)
Weber Shandwick Korea is seeking an experienced Digital PR and Communications professional, for a 9-12 month contract position. You will be part of our Digital team which develops online content targeting an international audience for leading global companies. As a manager/senior manager, you will be responsible for seamless project delivery across client accounts. The primary focus of the role will be managing the planning and production of content for clients’ social media accounts and websites, devising the editorial calendar, stakeholder management, and overseeing the project lifecycle through analytical reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns across digital channels to support brand strategy, awareness, and PR goals
- Develop and implement brand social media strategies across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Provide strategic consulting and communications support to clients
- Analyze consumer, media, and industry trends to generate relevant insights
- Plan, produce, and manage content for web, newsroom, blog, and social media channels
- Plan and execute influencer collaboration programs aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage digital advertising campaigns and oversee media performance, including communication with media agencies

What You Will Need:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the digital PR or communications field, coupled with the ambition to build a rewarding career
- Knowledge of the full digital eco-system: Social media, websites (particularly corporate newsrooms) & blogs, digital ads, SEO, analytics, EDMs, apps, etc.
- Able to operate various digital platforms, conduct performance analysis, and write reports
- Holistic ability in corporate content marketing from developing strategic plans to production and amplification
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills that bring your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external audiences
- Flawless attention to detail with a proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from brief to delivery and measurement
- Enthusiasm for strategic planning, creative ideation, new business development and long-term client partnerships
- Understand the elements that make a story exciting, what brands are doing in the press and on social platforms, and what they should do next
- A team player who can collaborate with a range of people to devise the best approach to the work in hand and bring your team along with you throughout the journey

About the Role
The Junior Associate serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day matters within our agency, connecting clients with internal teams and guiding projects through our workflow systems. They maintain smooth internal operations while building client relationships. This role requires good attention to detail, a solid understanding of basics, and reliable follow-through on all tasks. The ideal candidate combines careful organizational skills with the ability to develop professional relationships to provide consistent, quality service.
Key responsibilities:
Client Management
- Be able to develop a brief for creative execution or production based on a good understanding and interpretation of client’s needs
- Assist in providing relevant market information and other facts necessary to address briefs
- Coordinate with various internal departments to keep everyone involved in processes and on schedule
- Undertake the development necessary for each concept as briefed e.g. sourcing/contacting third parties/obtaining quotations/briefing internal and external facilities – normally under the supervision of senior account leaders
- Assist senior account leaders to execute, support, and monitor projects, to ensure smooth and flawless processes during projects
- Assist in composing, editing, and proofreading high-quality communications materials, including social media content, briefing documents, internal memos, client correspondence, etc.
Strategy
- Assist the analytics manager in preparing relevant materials, including market information, trends, and competitive information for the development of plans or strategies
- Consolidate all materials and information to help with project/business plans
- Collect market information, audience study/research to help with the project/business plans
- Content planning and social media platforms management for client campaigns
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- 1-2 years of working experience in account service or client management
- Experience in social content planning and management would be highly preferred
- Knowledge of paid media is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and strong responsibility
- Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written, both in Traditional Chinese and English

Key Responsibilities
- Support account leads to manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis

- Assist and contribute to the development of long-term strategic clients plans and program recommendations, developing budgets, generating recommendations and creating presentations
- Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
- Anticipate and proactively offer solutions to senior team leadership on executional issues specific to assigned programs
Skills, Experiences and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability communications, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Associate role.
- Knowledge of the communications and sustainability industry
