Our HealthFellows Program is a first-of-its kind agency position developed specifically for seniors with a STEM background. You’ll play a role in solving today’s biggest healthcare communications challenges. This Fellowship offers a fully curated, hands-on experience designed to give you foundational skills in communications, marketing, digital and creative through expert-led workshops and real client work.

Where is the program based?

The Weber Shandwick Collective has offices in major cities across the U.S. We’ll partner with Fellows to identify which office you want to be part of, working hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2-days virtually during the May-August portion of our program.

January

We will kick-off onboarding mid-January, followed by weekly 1-hour virtual learning sessions, transitioning to a full-time, hands-on role in the Summer. This program is designed to work with student schedules for those attending classes in the Spring.

February - April

During the Spring, you’ll attend weekly learning sessions and begin developing a relationship with your mentor. Your average time commitment is 2 hours per week.

May - July

In the Summer, you’ll be a full-time HealthFellow, embedded on real account teams. You’ll continue your weekly learning sessions, meet with your mentor, sponsor and manager, and get hands-on experience. Your average time commitment will be 40 hours per week.

August

In August, you’ll collaborate on a group project and have the opportunity to interview for open Associate-level roles.
