Joe’s Story

Joe’s expertise is built on a career at the forefront of social intelligence. He previously led the U.S. Social Intelligence practice for Ipsos, where his team developed an award-nominated program that provided the real-time insights instrumental in pivoting a major transportation brand’s public image. A recognized thought leader on the responsible use of AI, Joe recently returned to his alma mater, Penn State University, as a guest lecturer on the ethical application of AI in market research.
