Frank Okunak holds responsibility for financial planning and financial management for Weber Shandwick.
Frank joined Weber Shandwick in 1995 from Federated Department Stores, where he served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Reporting and prior to that as planning manger for the retail consulting division of Arthur Andersen.
